As part of our initiative, we hired L2 Production Engineers, Deployment Engineers, and Monitoring Engineers to grow the Management Services team.

We talked about the precise qualifications for the positions and described the interview phases on a thorough kick-off call that kicked off the hiring process. The technical interviews were performed by our internal Team Manager and Team Leader, while the HR interviews were handled by Parikh Financial.

We also set up weekly calls to discuss candidate updates and track the project's progress. To ensure a seamless onboarding process, Parikh Financial kept in touch with candidates at every level of the interview process.

As promised,PARIKH FINANCIAL continues to fulfill its obligations by replying to inquiries within a day and keeping our finances up to date by the deadline.

There was great clarity in the team's communication. They readily express their timetables and act as though they are encountering obstacles. If there are any staff changes or changes in who is responsible for what, they will express it explicitly. We communicate mostly by email, but for longer talks, we may also talk over the phone if necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We've kept them on at a smaller scale forever even though the agreement was only temporary because of their commitment to guaranteeing financial excellence and operational improvement. It's amazing how willing they are to pick up new techniques and procedures while maintaining high standards. They operate as if it were their own.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Parikh Financial could have done differently?

Not much, mostly, however it would be wonderful if they could finish the assignments a little bit earlier than expected so that there would be more time for revisions before the following deliverable.
