What challenge were you trying to address with Paralect Inc.?

We needed help developing a web application that aggregates data from a variety of sources, integrates with APIs, and makes it easy for end-users to generate custom intelligence reports.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Paralect Inc. has been responsible for everything from architecture and requirement definition, infrastructure scaling and optimization, UX/UI design, and frontend/backend app development and monitoring. All of these items have culminated in a highly polished, easy-to-use web app that allows us to showcase our solutions and provide intelligence to clients.

We started with a smaller team of around six individuals, and we currently have a team of 10.

A team member who had previously worked with Paralect Inc. introduced us to them. We chose them because their solutions were cost-efficient and flexible. Additionally, their manner of operations was highly organized, and they were dialed into a very strong talent pool.

Paralect Inc. has consistently met deliverable targets within tight timelines and operated with flexibility as strategic initiatives have shifted over the years. The main outcome of their work is a platform that has become a critical part of our sales and marketing process and helped us significantly grow revenue. We’ve seen consistent year-over-year revenue growth north of 15%. Additionally, we’ve gained recognition as an innovator in our space.

Paralect Inc.’s ability to manage and execute projects is highly organized, efficient, well-defined, and honed with years of experience serving clients. We communicate via virtual meetings twice a week as well as Slack and email messaging.

Faster pace of completion in the earlier phase of project would make client feel more assured. More open to small changes without compromising other development would bring convenience to clients as they look for perfection. Regardless, it is great completion and collaboration.
