Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm running Network Bull security systems since 2014 in the United Arab Emirates. We provide networking and surveillance services across UAE for domestic and industrial usage.

For what projects/services did your company hire Panthron, and what were your goals?

We hired Panthron for designing our business website and marketing and still, we are using their service of marketing. In the UAE businesses are difficult to be discovered offline so we wanted someone to build our online presence so we can catch the missing leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I decided upon them from good referrals from their other clients who were my friends. It built trust.

They not only provided us with a website design but also helped us create our social media profiles. Our Google Business profile and optimize all of them and did a starter SEO for us to begin.

There were the 3 key people who worked with us Mr Nouman himself the main lead was helping us understand the process and guide the best ways to get online. The other 2 were the web developer and support manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the set-up of the whole system we started getting leads and new customers from multiple ways some were discovering us from our social media profiles many landed on our website. Right now we have again hired them for dedicated SEO services and hope to get more hot leads.

These guys are really professional they use WhatsApp Business for quick chat and support system, they have a dedicated software for customers where I can see all my support tickets and they divide the whole system in chunks and define deadlines for both of us for them and us (providing required information on time). After completion of work we get 7-8 days for proper reviews.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique thing well I found was that we were aware of the real meaning of having a website for business. I was impressed with their strong understanding of the core elements that impact conversion. I appreciated how they provided tutorials for customers and also a zoom go through of the backend.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should never stope learning emerging technologies and should evolve time to time.

Our previously developed website was with basic design, wasn't representing well our theme and core values. However, Panthron team made it absolutely stunning great work to meet all our requirements.

We were looking for some professional agency for website development. We found Panthron and discussed the project and they proved to be the right choice.

In the first meeting we discussed the overall objective, other requirements and the project timeline. Each milestone was completed at satisfactory level before we made it live.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website is fully optimized and we are glad we could meet the objective and targets to make it happen because of dedicated team from Panthron.

Panthron provided us access to the fully automated dashboard presenting timeline of each milestone. We were receiving emails notifications about any update happened during the whole project.

They are doing great. After the launch almost 3 months free support was provided.
