Instead of one clunky site with a translation toggle, they built three separate, high-speed sites for our Bulgarian, Romanian, and English markets. They handled everything from the initial UX strategy to the technical SEO (like hreflang tags) to make sure we ranked correctly in each country.

Since the launch, the most immediate win has been the quality of our inbound leads. Because of the custom qualification forms Pansyer built, we’ve seen a significant drop in 'junk' inquiries and a much higher percentage of qualified B2B prospects hitting our CRM.

Our international authority has also taken a massive leap. Having dedicated domains for Bulgaria and Romania (instead of just a translation plugin) has noticeably improved our trust levels with local founders. We are seeing much higher engagement rates on our localized content than we ever did with our previous single-site setup.

Technically, the site speed is night and day. We now pass all Google Core Web Vitals with ease, which is vital for our own PPC landing pages.
