We engaged Panda Creations Productions to lead the video and motion content production for Caspy's market launch - a SaaS platform helping digital product sellers design templates and automate order fulfilment across Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce. The scope covered the full creative pipeline: discovery, concept development, scripting, production, post-production, and multi-format delivery, all aligned with our brand pillars of being empowering, helpful, and approachable. The engagement was structured in three phases: Pre-production (Weeks 1 to 3): Brand immersion, audience research, creative concepting, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot-list planning. Production (Weeks 4 to 6): Studio filming, screen capture sessions for product UI, voiceover recording, and asset gathering. Post-production (Weeks 7 to 10): Editing, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading, revisions, and final delivery in multiple formats and aspect ratios.

The centrepiece of the engagement was a hero brand film of roughly 60 to 90 seconds, designed to introduce Caspy's value proposition to the market. This film served as the anchor asset for our website homepage, paid advertising campaigns, and overall launch rollout, communication in a clear narrative who Caspy is for and why digital product sellers should switch to our platform.

Alongside the hero film, Panda Creations produced a series of product demo videos walking through Caspy's core features. These covered the template editor, the CaspyConnect Etsy integration, our automated file delivery system, and the HelpMeEdit buyer-seller workflow. Each demo was creafter to be clear and easy to follow, reflecting our brand commitment to making creative tools feel approachable rather than overwhelming.

To support our social media strategy, the team delivered a short-form social video pack containing 10 to 12 edits, cut into vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 formats for Instagram reels, tiktok and linkedin. These were complemented by a full motion graphics package, including animated UI mockups, branded transitions, lower thirds, and end-frames, all designed to stay consistent with Caspy's visual identity across every touchpoint.

Finally, all final master files were delivered in multiple resolutions and formats, with both subtitled and non-subtitled versions provided. The team also handed over all source project files, giving us the flexibility to repurpose, re-edit, or extend the content for future campaigns without needing to start from scratch.

The video content delivered by Panda Creations had a clear, measurable impact on Caspy's launch, driving over 1M+ combined views across social channels in the first 90 days, lifting homepage time-on-page by ~70%, improving paid ad click-through rates by 50%+ versus static creatives, and contributing directly to us hitting our first 1,000 paying users milestone within four months of launch.

In hindsight, we could have engaged them earlier in our launch planning to take fuller advantage of their strategic thinking, not just their production capabilities.
