The Urban Blue project has already gone through very different development phases at PanaceaLogics - from the explorative concept idea to the customer-oriented application in daily use.

The project management and team had to keep up with this development and was continuously expanded. Thanks to very good, direct and open communication between all team members, the set goals are achieved - even if not always in the "most direct" way. If there have been delays in the development process, they have always been made up so far.

They have dedicated and intelligent team members in all service areas and at all levels of expertise. Able to deal with a demanding customer and their changing requirements.

Even with a high level of performance, there is always room for improvement - for example, proactive communication about what has been achieved and learned.

This app is completely proprietary, nothing like it exists. We had to make a couple of pivots during development. PanaceaLogics' staff were very flexible in understanding our needs, and completed two major pivot redesigns in a short amount of time, and within budget.

The team has shown expertise in various areas of software development, such as mobile, ML/AI algorithms, devops. We started the platform from scratch and were able to operate a functioning version incl. mobile app in a few weeks. From where we constantly iterated to add value at customer sites.

It took a while until we got the right (agile) project setup with a dedicated scrum master. But once that person was installed, things went very smoothly.

We worked in an agile setup with weekly exchange meetings and the team has proven to be very advanced in the AI and matching learning area.

Already mentioned the scrum master, which is instrumental in pushing progress and value with each sprint.

PanaceaLogics was instrumental in analyzing the project requirements and then implementing a scalable solution that analyzed earrings transcript. The solution allowed for handling of peak loads of transcripts, identifying key statements in the transcripts, and an AI algorithm that provided recommendations of similar transcripts user should pursue. This was all done with tight deadline and adherence to key deliverables.
