We needed someone with WordPress experience and good communication skills to customize and deliver a website under a tight timeline.

I had worked with them before. I had also recommended them to some of my contacts, who all said great things about the quality of their work, so they were a natural fit for the project.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Pagepro handled the technical scoping, WordPress customization, programming, and project management. They delivered within 10 days.

What was the team composition?

Our main interaction was with their project manager. We also had direct lines of communication with the programming team to occasionally ask questions and refine designs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The impact of their work has been very positive. We knew how challenging the deadline was, but they delivered on time and within budget.

The project manager was clear and proactive.

There were minimal errors in the final product. We also appreciate their clear communication, fast turnaround, and good people.

We needed to provide an outsourced, React UI team for a greenfield project to work alongside a U.K.-based .NET development team that’s working on the API.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a high quality, modern UI for the app.

Their team worked alongside the UK development team in creating a React-based UI.

What was the team composition?

They provided three React developers, one for HTML/CSS, and one UX designer on demand. They were very flexible with us and would add additional React or HTML resources as needed.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Sprints are being delivered on time and stakeholders are happy.

How effective was the project management?

We use Visual Studio Team Services, MS Teams, and Skype to make communication easier. We initially experienced some language issues but these have reduced dramatically over time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their flexibility is remarkable.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

There’s nothing too critical. Perhaps some training for their team in agile methodologies would have helped at the start.
