What challenge were you trying to address with Pacifist Digi Solutions?

My website was not showing up in search results. People could scroll page after page and not find my website, which was a problem. I hired them for SEO support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team provided SEO support. They worked to fix the problems deep within the coding of the site, and gave me periodic updates throughout the collaboration.

I worked with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with Pacifist Digi Solutions?

I looked at 4–5 other companies on Upwork, but I chose their team because they were committed to making things clear. I told them I didn’t need all the details, so they ensured nothing went over my head in that process. 

How much have you invested with them?

On a monthly basis, we spent $180. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–August 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

My website earns the top spot for so many searches because of their work. I had a wonderful, amazing experience working with them—they accomplished everything I wanted within a short period of time. They did such a great job and I can actually find my site online, not on the 28th page.

How did Pacifist Digi Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They were absolutely outstanding. I never waited more than a few hours to hear a response, except for weekends with special events. They never missed any communication and always answered promptly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response speed was frankly amazing—I’m sure they had many other clients but they really cared about me. We also had a real heartfelt connection between our teams, they always checked in on me. Their competence was able to solve these deep-rooted issues with my site quite rapidly. 

The fact that they fixed everything in a short period of time and I paid much less than thousands of dollars was amazing. I couldn’t ask for more in terms of their competence. Their humility, integrity, and ability to praise were fantastic. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing at all for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Jump right in. Be clear about what you want, communicate with them and do your part. Don’t just sit back, do whatever they ask you to do.
