We prioritized both technical and process-oriented measurements to ensure the project's success. On the technical side, we evaluated the team’s ability to deliver a high-quality product with clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Simultaneously, we assessed personal and professional qualities to ensure they aligned with our existing team culture. Overcoming several challenges, we refined the team structure and optimized processes to achieve the ideal setup. As a result, we successfully delivered the product and now transitioned into an ongoing development phase to enhance and expand its features further.

Oxagiles scope of work included start to finish dev work on improvements within our compny as well as Dev. Ops to keep the systems running well through our cloud system. Oxagile is responsible for managing development tasks, initiating development investigation and ideation with our internal team. They handled testing, bug fixes and backlog management. Key deliverables included detailed daily reports on progress, multiple development releases each week and consulting on best practices for managing our projects tech dept, security and configuration in our hosting environments.

The primary measurable outcome came into the form of releases each week based on goal setting as well as the number of bugs created <> fixed with each release. They are very diligent in how they test, code review and deliver their opinions on best practices.

Oxagile is precise when it comes to delivery and estimation of tasks. Anytime we had needs, they responded very timely with input and action items. Very helpful!

The biggest advantage of working with Oxagile was their input to our objectives. They are always very thoughtful as they curate their input based on exactly what we're trying to do. Additionally, they are responsible and always approachable when issues arise needing fixes. For a start-up envirionment this is crucial.

Overall, Oxagile has been a fantastic development and project management partner. It is exactly what I would be looking for if I had to start all over again.

Oxagile provided engineers to augment existing teams at Double Verify. They also provided two fully off shore teams responsible for web application development and BI tayer development with Looker. In addition, Oxagile provided a QA team responsible for both manual and automated QA for the project.

The project involved a full redesign and redevelopment of Double Verify analytics platform from the ground up, with a completely new tech stack.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new analytics platform was delivered and launched. It has allowed Double Verify to increase the scale and introduce new features that were not supported by the previous platform. It has also drastically cut down on time to market for new platform integrations and cut infrastructure costs by millions of dollars per year.

The new platform provides our customers with a better user experience and faster access to their data. The new platform makes the data available to customers within hours, rather than days and supports time zone specific day boundaries.

The Oxagile team has delivered components generally on time. Their project management team worked closely with us to remove inefficiencies and improve communication between teams during development process. They were especially instrumental in helping us deal with a sudden severe interuption to the project due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

The efficiency of Oxagile recruiting, vetting, and training personnel, resulting in the highest quality of their engineering talent, was impressive. Every single engineer we have worked with is a top-notch professional. Every candidate presented to us for the project was of a high quality and required minimal vetting on our end.

Not at this point. Any areas of inefficiency were proactively addressed by the Oxagile project management team throughout the project duration and effectively resolved.

Their account manager is also really keen on making sure that the integration and deliverables are going fine, and that their engineers are feeling and fitting well into the projects, which eventually benefits both sides.

Oxagile helped us get back in control of an application for which our support and development contracts expired as much as 4 years ago. Due to staff changes we were left empty-handed when it comes to knowledge on the application. When the application ran into problems, this became a dire situation for us. 

Oxagile was able to find someone that worked on our application initially, and within no time was able to help us get the problem solved and back up and running. They provided support that truly goes the extra mile.
