OwnAI Solutions scope of work included creating a web based software that took our quote calculator for embroidery shops and developed it into a workflow that allows shops to run a quote, add multiple quotes from the calculator to the Quote being created, allowing the user to add specifics, client details and photo mock-ups.

When a quote is created it can still be edited and notes can be added. They created a profile for shops to have specifics show up on each quote or plug in their shops rates. When a quote is a approved you can see it autopopulate in the invoices section.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are fully functioning using the software with our end clients, and other shops can purchase a subscription to use the software.

Everything was delivered on time. I made changes within the scope of the work throughout and they always adjusted well. Some of my requests required a longer lead time, but they always responded quickly and professionally. Really have enjoyed working with OwnAI Solutions.

Furthermore, Gargi and her team contributed significantly by proposing a number of enhancements, which have led to substantial improvements in the product's functionality and user experience.

Gargi and her team successfully fulfilled all our requirements. Whenever there were anticipated delays, Gargi promptly informed us and provided revised deadlines. Additionally, all of our inquiries were addressed swiftly and thoroughly.

Create 3 microservices in NodeJS. Microservices need to be implemented as documented in OpenAPI specifications. Implement using ExpresJS, TypeORM, Pino, JWT tokens. Microservices need to have automatic testing included.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The microservices were delivered as expected and in time. All was according to provided documentation. During the project additional features were added, these have been delivered as well (additional endpoints to the microservices).

We have daily standup meetings to discuss planning and progress. These meetings were very good as we could monitor and steer progress closely. If needed a call could be scheduled to discuss.The project was delivered in time and on schedule.

They deliver high-quality software. When we requested a solution to be implemented in a certain way, which, according to them, did not meet the quality standards, they didn't simply implement it as is. Instead, they explained in a conversation why we needed to proceed differently. This greatly contributed to a high-quality application.

We needed a custom client query tracking web application that we could use to communicate with our customers and track their outstanding queries. The application would also need to be a secure document management application allowing us to securely send and receive documents with our clients.

We found ownAI via a freelance search website. We chose them based on their track record/reviews and reasonable fee rates.

When starting our project, we provided ownAI with our design document and they were able to give us a comprehensive budget and timeline of delivery milestones. We began development and found ownAI's communication during each step in the process to be excellent, and the quality of their work was always first class.

Each milestone of the project was delivered on time and on budget, and we were able to go live with our client query tracking application exactly when we needed to. All of our queries and requests for small refinements to the user interface design during the development process were always dealt with promptly and to a very high standard.

We had a single point of contact named Gargi, who we always found to be a pleasure to deal with. Her communication was always excellent and she worked very hard to ensure our project was a success. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Gargi and won't hesitate to engage her again should we need any further work done on our existing application, or if we need to build any other new web applications in the future."

Our application was completed and ready on time and on budget. We were able to go live on the date that we had planned. The application worked very well and our clients have found it a very useful tool.

We received constant updates on development progress and feedback was always requested and appreciated. We never felt neglected and never had to worry about the progress of the project. All of our requests for small changes or improvements were always implemented quickly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project in timely manner. It's been a month since we started using it and it has reduced the time consumption remarkably in asset management and LMS is quite up to the user’s expectations.

The project management was absolutely managed by Jira and followed by Agile methodology. Communication was through Skype and Github.

They were very transparent communicators and find it's easy for me to relate to the team & their inputs.
