We were looking for a design agency that could create our entire visual identity from scratch: logo, brand, visual narrative, as well as designing the website.

We searched for agencies and design collectives that were awarded multiple times in web design/app design competitions. Next, we scheduled calls to understand how they work and what they can offer. OwlsDepartment stood on top, offering the most transparent and comprehensive service for the best price.

We've had a couple of discovery meetings, during which the Owls team learned about our needs and business goals. Upon receiving all the information, the team gave us a clear timeline of the project and updated us in real time. Whenever there was a need for some input, a quick meeting was organized. The meetings were always brief, and to the point, and the team was always prepared, indicating they respect our time and prioritize moving forward with the project. A number of proposals were always submitted, giving us a choice and space to navigate around.

All the design decks and documentation had spectacular "discovery process" elements, allowing us to understand where particular elements came from. The creativity of Owls has no limits and we were blown away by the quality of innovation they bring to the table and the story connected with it.

Always on time, always super clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The creativity, professionalism, and flexibility - the agency adjusted to our needs and worked with us every step of the way. The cohesiveness of the entire service was also very impressive - we never had to worry about the elements "we didn't even know we needed".

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly the best agency we have ever worked with - we are happy to recommend them to all our partners and contractors.

Web development of new website for our new non-profit project organised by our foundation. The goals were to present the project in the best possible way and encourage people to buy product - all profits go to fund medical research.

Web development of the website based on the project prepared by our graphic designer. The project had 2 phases: first implementation of the limited pilot version and then few months later - the final product.

A project manager was our main point of contact. There were also app. 4 developers working on this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients and we love the design and the way the website is implemented. It is beautiful, very intuitive and fits perfectly within our product. Additionally, beautiful intro animation is amazing start of the journey through our website.

Great communication with the project manager, mostly by email but also via phone and video conferences. Everything done on time and as was planned.

They delivered a professionally looking and beautiful website with amazing animation intro. Also very easy to update.

Everything was perfect, website was very well prepared and tested before implementation.

I'm COO of Glaze Prosthetics and we are manufacturer of upper limb prosthetics using Multi Jet Fusion and ML scripts.

We wanted to aggregate and digitalize traditional prosthetic manufacturing workflow. Owls Department helped us with creating a platform for prosthetists and technicians around the world to let them be a part of digital revolution that is ongoing in O&P industry.

We found the thru referral and what was a big factor when we were coming into decision was their design oriented approach.

-UX -UI -Front-end -Back-end I'm not a tech person so I don't know what technologies have been used but everything works perfectly.

Because of the tool Owls Department was creating with us, CPO's around the world can spend 70% less time in the workshop using that saved time to spend with their patients.

Being always on time and not rescheduling the sprints.

We sent the brief and than had a kick-off meeting. Later on the development process started. After that there was a testing process and some corrections. After all, they published the website.

The new branding and website design is so much better than our previous that we are certain they will significantly increase visibility of our new company.

We communicated via email, as well as using web teleconference tools. Timelines were communicated to us beforehand and closely matched. If there were any delays, they were associated with our own response time.

Showing the website to a client. Maybe it could be done a bit sooner so that there will be less stress. But it was a minor issue.
