Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Co-Founder of the Podcast production company based in Delhi, WYN Studio. We work with brands to help them share their narrative with the world in the form of audio.

For what projects/services did your company hire Outstrive Technologies?

As a new business, we needed to have a strong web presence with a website that portrays our brand on the internet. For the purpose, we need to hire web designing company.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a stunning website that would define what we truly stand for and represent our message strongly to our customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We have asked for proposal from several vendors. We selected them because of the homework they have done before sending the proposal.

After we decided upon them, they shared us a list of a questionnaire that has helped us put together our thoughts and gain clarity of what exactly wanted. This was followed by the call with the team to explain what we wanted. The team started working and we shared our feedback on the design- they took them positively and came back with the iterations as desired.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project lead to have discussions with us and we were told there some designers working on the site.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our web presence turned out to be better than what we have initially thought about. The website looks stunning and a lot of people have commended for the same.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We love the systems and processes they have in place to work with clients. Not many vendors have the kind of effective system they have. Be it to have discussions before initiating the project or to provide feedback. It was quite impressive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The turnaround time for every revision and even for the final delivery. It was done at a pretty fast pace. They're very regular with follow-ups and pushing you to provide what they need from your end to complete the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't see any room for improvement on the way they have delivered this project.

I'm an app entrepreneur who builds apps to make his living. I make a pretty good living by creating apps in the area of productivity and utilities, one app at a time.

For what projects/services did your company hire Outstrive Technologies?

I hired Outstrive Technologies to work on the our Location Tracker app.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to better user experience by performing a qualititive analysis of the app from the standpoint of actual users. Not only that, we wanted our service partner to have a look at user reviews, play with the app by keeping the reviews in context and come up with improvement suggestions not based on just "what feels like" but based on what is ... the facts.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor via a past reference where the vendor team has delivered a successful project in early 2019 for one of the companies I am partner with.

Describe the project in detail.

We have a Location Tracker app, which allows the users to track location and based on the tracked location, it offers certain features and experiences to the users and their social circle.

Our marketing team did a good job and generated a lot of downloads but our app's quality needed an improvement. More to that, it required to be tested with certain demographics and psychographics in mind and based on actual, fact-based, experiences, necessary changes are to be suggested and then made.

What was the team composition?

We were working with our point of contact from Outstrive Technologies and their team. Our prime communication was with our point of contact, which was flawless.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Based on the suggestions and recommendations given by the Outstrive team, we designed the next development sprint and as a result, our user retention ratio observed a 32% increase!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with the Outstrive team was very easy. Fluent English communication and availability on email and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Being able to communicate the truth without being afraid. Being an app entrepreneur, I work with a lot of outsourcing providers across the world.

Typically, many Indian outsourcing providers say impressive things but their delivery is not that great. It was not the case with Outstrive Technologies team. Our point of contact was so straight in communication that I felt that I am working with a professional from a developed country.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My experience of working with this vendor has been very satisfactory and I do not see any area of improvement as far as the skill areas related to my project are concerned. They are professional and good communicators. I shall hire them on further projects.

I am the CEO and founder of fleetroot.com, Real-time fleet, mobility, and delivery management platform.

We wanted to create an IOS application for our connected commute module which can bring in experience for student parents.

What were your goals for this project?

A great experience for the users to be created in IOS and the same to be delivered within a strict timeline

Outdrive has provided us great user design to implement solution in IOS.

The cope was to create an App that is for parents, which was part of our connected commute module, where parents can get all the relevant transit and attendance details of their kids during school transit.

4 Engineers were involved and the Ms.Vikita was in the communication

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quite happy with the out come , the process of working together was really good . The whole team did know what there were doing , what was the expected out come and was spot on the daily processes and breifing . Time lines was meticulously met by outstrive and delivered a great App .

Flawless.

Communication, setting up expectations right, and timelines.
