We hired Outible to help us develop a new version of our website. Our goals were to promote our services in a clear, professional and engaging way to potential viewers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They came highly recommended and we were also aware of their services prior to any commitments.

Using key features, designs & content from out previous website, Outible fully built us a new website on a contentful, as oppose to wordpress which was previously used.

We worked with 3 of the team. We're unaware of their specific role names, though all were capable developors.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

no measurable outcomes. Feedback from viewers of the website was and remains positive.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Email was mostly used for communication, with phone calls or video calls at any point to go over content to make sure there was no miscommunication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive was the end result which justified the work put in on both ends. We were impressed by how great the site looked, whilst also being able to be mostly updated inhouse.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were occasions when responses could have been quicker - though as a customer, there were certainly occasions when we were slow to respond ourselves.

I’m the director of The Wise Root, an organic fruits and vegetables company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Outible?

We needed to have a website built, so we sought Outible’s expertise.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided Outible with our requirements and ideas. We wanted the website to be clean and direct, allowing users to easily shop for and subscribe to any of our products listed on the site. We told the team to make sure that information wasn’t overcrowded as well. 

They then made suggestions and guided us on our best choices for the development, after which they built the e-commerce site from scratch using GatsbyJS.

What is the team composition?

We have interacted with a total of four people, and David (Co-Founder & Software Developer) is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Outible?

I had interviewed roughly 20 companies, but the first time I spoke to David, he understood what I wanted and needed right away. It gave me confidence that he could provide the right solution.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent €4,500 (approximately $6,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2021, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website hasn’t gone live yet, but it provides all the necessary functions and looks good. The quality of Outible’s work is so excellent that I have planned more projects with them. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to create a website for me; I’m 100% satisfied.

How did Outible perform from a project management standpoint?

They are always available and quick to respond. The whole team is patient, accommodating, and proactively keeps us updated regarding any delays. We communicate via social media, phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Outible’s ability to understand the project from our perspective was most what stood out to me. They are professional, diligent, and uphold great customer service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they could’ve done better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have as much information and documentation as possible in order to effectively share with them how your business works. The better Outible understands it, the better they can help you.

They were hired to make the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They made me a website for personal training. It has several services on it, like a gallery of photos. We’ll likely add a blog in the future. It’s a single page, which is quite cool. If you click on prices on the menu, it’ll scroll down to the prices part of the page.

What is the team composition?

I don’t know how many people worked on it, but I had one point of contact.

How did you come to work with Outible?

I saw them on my newsfeed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in June 2020 and are currently working on blog posts and a YouTube link. The website is done.

I’m very happy with their work. The website is much better now. I like the progress it brought to my business.
