I found Outcrowd through their work on Dribbble. The quality of their work immediately stood out to me, but also their professionalism in our initial meetings with them set them apart.

We did multiple rounds of information gathering in terms of what pages would need to be worked on, what design direction we would like to see, illustration styles, along with relevant comps and sites we admire.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our project lead was Alexandra, who was fantastic and extremely responsive via a shared Slack channel. We also had designers and an illustrator work on this project who we were very happy with.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our deliverables included a Figma project as a source of truth for implementation, along with illustrations in .ai formats that I could tweak and customize to our needs. We've been able to leverage these assets into building out our new site in a little under two weeks.

Communication and workflow was extremely smooth. Alexandra was an excellent liaison communicating our wants and needs to the design team that would turn around results very quickly, often with a day or two.

Their level of organization, quality of the result, and flexibility were all exceptional.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In the initial explorations, I would've probably liked to see a bit more variety in the directions, but ultimately we ended up with something I'm quite pleased with.
