To address this challenge, I partnered with Otter PR, a decision made after discovering them through a Facebook ad. Their team of creative writers had a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, which was crucial for showcasing our unique game show experiences for team-building events.

The engagement with Otter PR lasted a couple of weeks, during which they crafted a great article that highlighted my offerings as well as told my somewhat complicated story. The ROI was excellent, with the results already showing a noticeable uptick in inquiries from prospects.

They didn't beat you to death with upsells! Upsells are important for growth, but; they didn't shove upsells down my throat and I soooo Appreciated not having that done. Many people are leary of companies nowadays. Build the trust of the client by starting small, and then after the trust is built, then they will spend more money with you once they feel the value has been met and matched. Too many companies mislead customers and Otter Pr didn't do that.

Make sure the other vendors they are working with, match Otters timeframes and communication and deliverability even on email communication.

We needed help with digital marketing and advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Otter Public Relations provides us with marketing, advertising, and PR services. Their team has helped us find media outlets to promote our company. Initially, I told them that I wanted to make a press release to promote my company, and they came back with the press release they had written for me to review and check if the information included was accurate.

Once I approved the information, it took Otter Public Relations about two days to launch the press release into a news outlet. That was our first project together. Since then, I've kept working with them on other similar projects.

What is the team composition?

I've been working directly with one teammate from Otter Public Relations. However, I've seen a second teammate involved in the follow-up email exchange.

How did you come to work with Otter Public Relations?

I found them on Instagram. I was following an Instagram page that a friend of mine was also following and noticed that the owner of that page was also Otter Public Relations' co-founder. For around a week or two, I saw what they did on Instagram and decided to reach out to them, asking them about their PR services for my company.

Otter Public Relations replied to my inquiry with an email detailing their offering and pricing. They explained everything, and I ultimately accepted their proposal.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since April 2024.

Thanks to Otter Public Relations' work, we've seen an increase in our website's traffic volume of around 10%–20%.

Otter Public Relations' project management has been great so far, and they've communicated very well. We communicate via phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would like to congratulate the entire Otter Public Relations team. Their team delivers what they promise; that's their biggest strength. Other companies promise results and don't deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have a background in PR, so I don't know if there's something Otter Public Relations could improve on. Thus far, their work for us has been great, so I don't see any areas of improvement.

As long as you establish good communication with them and explain the purpose of what you're doing, Otter Public Relations will be able to understand your needs and reach your goals.
