They asked for basic information about our company, including what we would like the article to focus on and highlight about us, and sent us a draft for review within a few business days.

We have been published on a nationally-recognized digital publishing platform and have used the link to the article to share with our followers, expand our network, and ultimately build our credibility in an increasingly competitive market.

We corresponded via email and our account manager did a great job of laying out the process step-by-step and included all of the information they would need on our end before we even started. They have been transparent and helpful since the initial outreach.

I found it impressive that they reached out to my team at a time when we were in need of their services the most. Not only did they meet our budget restrictions, but they also made the entire process incredibly easy on our staff. The turnaround time was faster than expected, too!

It has honestly been a very enjoyable experience and I think Otter PR has proven its ability to make PR accessible and - dare I say - convenient!

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Bayley now resides in South Florida and brings more than ten years of Marketing experience. Her passion is helping businesses be more efficient by integrating a proactive marketing plan that includes clear objectives and goals. Bayley's focus is in food service and specifically working with franchisors. I was looking at a variety of PR firms but Otter PR's overall approach was something that liked me the most. I started initial conversations back in March of 2022 but back then we were only 2 months old and could not afford. During the initial conversations and thorough presentation it was super easy for me to figure out that when the budget is available i would work with them. I subscribed to their emails and they kept on sending regular emails about their services until one time when they offered a discount to their services. Next thing - I was onboarded and we did

Otter PR offers you a variety of subscription services, including The Essential, The Expert, The Executive, or a Custom Package (the “Packages”). Depending on the specific Package you select, Otter PR will provide you certain public relations and marketing services, on a monthly basis, which may include advertising, consultations, marketing, public relations writing and communications for public distribution, social media development and evaluations, website development and evaluations, and tutoring (our “Services”).

As part of entering this Agreement, you must select a Package that specifically details our Services to you and the Fee for our Services to You (“Your Package”), and the terms of Your Package are integrated as part of this Agreement. If any term or provision contained in Your Package conflicts with, or is inconsistent with, any term or provision in this Service Agreement, the provisions contained in this Service Agreement shall govern and control. You may modify Your Package at any time by notifying us in writing at Hello@OtterPR.com or by making the modification at our website by visiting your account at otterpr.com/my-account. For example, if you start this Agreement under the Essential Package and realize you would like to increase the Services we are providing you, you may upgrade your package to the Executive Plan.

As another example, if you find the Executive Package is slightly more than what you need, you are fully permitted to downgrade your Package to The Expert. Any modification to Your Package (including any modified services we provide you and any modified Fee you pay us) will take effect at the start of the month immediately following your requested modification.

If you modify your Package, all such modifications to your Package will be governed by this Agreement and will continue indefinitely until canceled or terminated in accordance with this Agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding Package modification. 30/60/90 Day Plan – Once we start our Services to You, we may (but are not required to) provide you with a “30/60/90 Day” Plan. The 30/60/90 Day Plan we create for You is our initial proposed course of action for the initial ninety (90) days of our Services, which serves to outline our proposed initial Services and proposed completion dates for those initial Services.

The team at Otter PR maintains relationships with different outlets and helps pitch our stories, services, and thought leaders to get use placements on relevant websites. Currently we meet on a call once a month, but we've met on a weekly basis in the past. However, we primarily use email for communication and exchange messages various times throughout the week. They are very flexible, timely, and diligent in their craft.

The most impressive thing about them is how organized they are. Everything is clearly reported to us, and they never let the ball drop. Whether its following up with us to get something submitted, listening to our feedback or providing us with reports of their work.

They guaranteed press for my business - which by the end of my first month, they had initiated a great feature in New York Weekly. I was extremely impressed and set the brand for my brand. They have continued to get a variety of industry specific press and product press. Nothing has gone out without my approval as well which is a great feeling knowing that a weird or skewed story won't be put out.

What I found to be the most impressive about Otter PR is its eagerness and willingness to help. I really appreciated all of the good feedback and encouragement to take my brand to the next level.

I’m the CEO of a fitness training company, and I help people live healthier lifestyles. Right now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, people are neglecting their mental and physical health. It’s my way to give back, guide, and mentor people through the process of being healthy.

I wanted to explain my story to get more PR, so I could help people find ways to improve their health.

I reached out to Jay (Co-Founder), and he put me in contact with one of their publicists. They sent me questionnaires to gain insight about me and my company. From there, their team worked with me to write my press releases. After seven days, they had everything up and ready to go.

I knew Jay through social media, and he was launching his company at the time of our engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Otter’s PR work got me verified on TikTok and other social media platforms. When people searched my name online, they could find articles about me on Google’s first page. All of the links are still working a year later.

My business grew due to Otter’s PR work. I got new followers, but I had to take a step back from my business because I’m in medical school. 

How did Otter Public Relations perform from a project management standpoint?

Otter was very professional. They had a platform where I could message their team for any concerns. There was never an issue about hearing back from them; we had open communication 24/7. We used Google Docs to collaborate, and we communicated through emails and phone calls. 

It was a smooth process overall. We experienced no difficulties, and working with them was straightforward.

The interface of their platform was user-friendly. Additionally, it was very easy to hear back from them and find someone to talk to.
