Since partnering with Ottawa Logistics Fulfillment, we have seen a noticeable improvement in our order cycle times, achieving same-day or next-day shipping for the majority of our Canadian orders. We consistently meet our same-day shipping deadline for orders placed before 2:00 PM, which has led to a steady decrease in shipping-related customer inquiries. Their efficient handling of inventory and returns has streamlined our Canadian operations and significantly reduced fulfillment errors. While I don't track the exact figures, the volume of customers reaching out for status updates has clearly dropped. Ultimately, the most important indicator of success is the reliability of our daily fulfillment; knowing our stock is accurately accounted for allows us to focus on growing our company rather than managing logistics fires.
