Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO of Cervinodata, we collect and structure (anonymous, statistical) advertising data for our clients from the biggest online advertising platforms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studio Ollala?

A product redesign, to add a simpler, more streamlined version of our product.

How did you select Studio Ollala?

They had there office in the same building and we really liked their website.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, Ollala conducted in-depth user research so they can better understand what our users want to achieve and how we could re-structure our technology to help them best. We have then discussed and distilled those insights during a design thinking workshop. After we decided which actions to take on, Ollala did a prototype, which we validated with more user interviews.

Finally, they delivered the final UI designs. We also asked them to help implement the new dashboard in React.js in a new project so we can release faster.

How many resources from the Studio Ollala team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Bence took the lead, we always communicated with him. He had a UX researcher who collected and analyzed data, and another person did most of the UI design.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They completely re-defined our value proposition, which helped us to restructure our pricing, and we were delighted by the new fresh look & feel. We are still busy implementing the new dashboard. However, during the initial user interviews, people understood our product much better - which is inherently complicated, so we are optimistic that it'll help us convert more customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Bence was always reachable and easy to communicate with. He even agreed to spend some time on-site in our office so that we can realize this project more efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood our complex product quickly and were able to uncover and articulate our needs. We also learned a lot about how you can speed up development with a component-based design system.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything. Maybe they could have billed more hours :)

We hired Studio Ollala to research and design a search engine application for us. The application had to be easy to use and understand, and it had to be able to handle a large amount of data. Studio Ollala did a great job of designing the application and making it user-friendly.

How did you select this vendor?

There were a few different vendors that we considered for this project, but we ultimately decided to go with Studio Ollala because of their experience and their portfolio. We were very impressed with their work and we felt confident that they would be able to deliver the results that we were looking for.

The project started with a lot of research. Studio Ollala had to understand our company and our needs before they could start designing the application. Once they had a good understanding of our company, they started working on the design. They created a few different prototypes and worked with us to refine the design. Once the design was finalized, they started working on the development of the application.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a team of three designers from Studio Ollala. They were all very experienced and they all had a lot of great ideas. We really appreciated their input and their creativity.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The search engine application that Studio Ollala designed for us is now live and it's being used by our entire company. It's been very successful and we're very happy with the results.

The workflow between our team and Studio Ollala's team was very effective. They were very responsive and they always made sure that we were happy with the work. We never had any problems with communication or with getting the work done on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found most impressive about Studio Ollala was their attention to detail. They really took the time to understand our company and our needs. They also did a great job of designing the application to be user-friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are always areas for improvement, but we can't think of anything specific that Studio Ollala could have done differently.
