The scope of work covered the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of the Roover platform, progressing from an initial proof-of-concept demo through to a functional MVP and into an extensible production-ready platform.

Phase 1 – Demo / Proof of Concept:

Translation of the Roover business concept into a working demo to validate core assumptions.
Development of a basic end-to-end user flow demonstrating address input, roof measurement logic, and preliminary pricing outputs.
Rapid prototyping of the homeowner and internal workflows to support early stakeholder, investor, and partner feedback.
Validation of technical feasibility for remote roof measurement, quoting logic, and system architecture.
Phase 2 – MVP Development:

Build-out of a production MVP based on learnings from the demo phase.

Review and create a statement of works, and then review, compile a new source code, host it in a place accessible to Filtermist, allow us to review and access it, find a way to review analytics of issues with the system, and consider faults which can be reviewed and fixed with the app in order to allow it to work well with customers in-field, including our own engineers, more efficiently.
