We partnered with Orthian for a comprehensive digital transformation and long-term infrastructure support for our brand. Due to the confidential nature of the project, I can share that their work focused on two primary pillars:

• Website Development: Orthian completely rebuilt our e-commerce presence to resolve legacy technical issues and elevate our high-end customer journey. They managed everything from complex data migration to integrating specialized systems, ensuring the final product was technically flawless and perfectly aligned with our brand’s premium positioning.
• Strategic Maintenance & Administration: Following the launch, they have continued as our dedicated digital partner. This includes ongoing technical maintenance, security monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure our operations remain stable and secure.

I was especially worried about moving all our sensitive data over, but the team handled the migration flawlessly. No downtime, no hiccups, just a very smooth transition that perfectly captured our brand’s vision.

Since then, it has evolved from a social club with a membership of 30 individuals into a premier Chamber of Commerce with a membership strength of more than 400 members and is growing.

Orthian was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of our website, from initial concept and page architecture to final UI/UX implementation. 
Their scope included building and integrating core website functionalities such as contact forms, member registration, data storage, and internal member information management. Orthian also implemented security-focused solutions, including Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF), CDN setup, two-factor authentication, reCAPTCHA, brute-force login prevention, and scheduled security scans. In addition to technical delivery, Orthian conducted hands-on training sessions for our internal team, ensuring we could confidently manage and operate the platform independently after launch. They work like aconsultation and walking along side as Singcham's IT team

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the redesign, our website now has a more modern and smooth interface, resulting in improved user experience and website performance. Technical issues were reduced, and when issues occurred, they were resolved more quickly, leading to better website stability and more efficient ongoing operations.

Orthian demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. They provided a clear project timeline at the beginning, which made progress easy to track. • Orthian also supported us in evaluating an existing LMS solution that aligned with our needs and long-term strategy, helping us shape a complete and effective learning platform. The team handled the end-to-end design and development, customizing every component within the system’s constraints, and we are now preparing for its official launch.

mindset.” They were willing to help us anytime, with a genuine sense of 

collaboration. 

• While we worked, the PM transition (when it happened) was smooth, with no 

disruption to the project.
