I am the Digital Engagement & Partnerships Officer of SingCham Vietnam

The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam – SingCham Vietnam (formerly Singapore Business Group HCM City Chapter – SBG HCMC) is a non-profit organization established on August 9th 1992 by a small group of Singaporeans doing business or working in Vietnam.

Since then, it has evolved from a social club with a membership of 30 individuals into a premier Chamber of Commerce with a membership strength of more than 400 members and is growing.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Orthian was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of our website, from initial concept and page architecture to final UI/UX implementation. 
Their scope included building and integrating core website functionalities such as contact forms, member registration, data storage, and internal member information management. Orthian also implemented security-focused solutions, including Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF), CDN setup, two-factor authentication, reCAPTCHA, brute-force login prevention, and scheduled security scans. In addition to technical delivery, Orthian conducted hands-on training sessions for our internal team, ensuring we could confidently manage and operate the platform independently after launch. They work like aconsultation and walking along side as Singcham's IT team

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the redesign, our website now has a more modern and smooth interface, resulting in improved user experience and website performance. Technical issues were reduced, and when issues occurred, they were resolved more quickly, leading to better website stability and more efficient ongoing operations.

Orthian demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. They provided a clear project timeline at the beginning, which made progress easy to track. Communication was fast and consistent, and they responded quickly to our needs and updates, helping avoid misunderstandings and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

•  Orthian redesigned, updated, and enhanced the main Vietsuccess website, ensuring that the interface, functionality, and overall experience aligned with our expectations and supported our vision as a knowledge-driven community brand. 
• Orthian also supported us in evaluating an existing LMS solution that aligned with our needs and long-term strategy, helping us shape a complete and effective learning platform. The team handled the end-to-end design and development, customizing every component within the system’s constraints, and we are now preparing for its official launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 Orthian provided clear technology guidance aligned with our long-term digital 

transformation plans, delivered a beautifully designed website that truly reflects 

the spirit of Vietsuccess, and consistently offered exceptional support. Even 

beyond the official project scope, ensuring everything was completed on time 

and to a high standard.

•  Their Project Manager was supportive, dedicated, and highly knowledgeable. They 

kept us updated day and night and always made sure we knew exactly where the 

project was heading. 

• Not only the PM but the entire Orthian team, even the C-levels worked with a strong “partner 

mindset.” They were willing to help us anytime, with a genuine sense of 

collaboration. 

• While we worked, the PM transition (when it happened) was smooth, with no 

disruption to the project. 

• We highly recommend Orthian’s services to anyone seeking digital transformation or looking to build systems that can elevate and innovate their business model. Their team responds quickly and enthusiastically, and matching their pace makes the entire collaboration smoother and far more efficient.

 Honestly, we can’t think of anything they could have done better. Our experience with Orthian was genuinely great.
