The objective was to create an all-in-one application that would simplify the user experience by eliminating the need to switch between multiple apps. By pooling resources and expertise, we intended to develop a platform that would offer a range of functionalities and services, accessible through both mobile devices and desktops, for a consistent and streamlined experience.

As for the deliverables, we focused on the timeline, backend development as it is a very big app and website, UX/UI, and immersive experience.

We call for a pitch from 4 different agencies what attract us to negotiate and finalize with Origin is the creativity and the experience in VR integration as we were looking for that eventually after we complete our rebranding

After launching website and e-commerce platform we started slowly to see the outcomes as number of quotations new accounts and online purchase start grow month over month Number of followers, engagement ratio increased

During the start up we had two meetings weekly for update and weekly project status report, in additional to WhatsApp and phone calls we were in touch, I can say meeting time line was 90% accurate

They were highly talented designers and creative content developers. Shifting our 45 years brand into new level bring life into it

I would recommend to increase there presence in Saudi more and more

I believe it was the first draft of the Brand Book and Logo; it's amazing that they come up with an amazing progress within 11 days from the time of the 1st workshop. They manage to provide 3 logo Design and the Brand Strategy with minimal revisions required

Origin is very Hands-on and detail oriented agency. As illustrated by their Mnaaging Director that is available in all virtual meetings that we have; from start to finish. They asked specific questions to ensure that they get the right ideas or answers related to the project.

The workshop and the steps that they have taken to do this project.

None; their current approach and the way they handled their customer is great. it's just a matter of being consistent. My advise to them is to continue and be consistent to their approach and handling of their customer regardless of the size of the business of the comapny or how small or big the project is.

After working with Origin, we were more than satisfied with the outcome and our logo was a total success as we received many positive reviews on it. We were also able to increase our clientele sheets by 7% in less than 2 months.

The meetings were being scheduled weekly, and to facilitate the workflow and urgent meetings, we connected in a distance mode, mainly through video conference calls, a service they provide for a faster and more effective discussions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed for their continuous background research about our firm and how they were able to come up with a designed logo which really speaks for its purpose. Their energetic, young, and motivated spirits can be easily sensed which can be reflected positively on the work.
