The idea was to develop a user-friendly app to streamline our shuttle service and provide commuting service to corporate clients. We planned workflows and separate apps for passengers and drivers to manage their routes and pick-up times. Before having this platform, we were using different software and communication channels to manage our day to day operations.

We received apps and platform as per our expectations though things were delayed by three weeks from the original timelines

The app creation included six steps: Analysis of our portal and the collection of data. Drawing up requirements and project approval. UI/UX design and finished prototype.

Technical development. Testing. Launch and publication on Google Play and App Store. The important parts for us were to set up two-factor authentication for users, integrate online payment systems, and ensure secure messaging with medical lab staff. Glorium team met all our requirements, delivered the project on time, and made the app compliant with GDPR.

Based on the first feedback, we can say that the digital product works steadily and allows users to make an appointment for any tests in 2-3 clicks. They can also see all results in the personal cabinet and get consultations with a chatbot anytime.

After some time Origami Studios showed us what they had done and it was much better than we thought. The site in the test phase was very professional. The website is made via wordpress so that we also have access to the site and that we can upload our Cars.

In the test phase we showed our almost finished website to customers and it was very easy to find what the customers liked. After one week we have 65% more visitors to the website and many more calls and orders through the website.

We communicated via e-mail, skype and whatsapp. The communication was 3 times a week. The pictures, videos and texts were always sent by email and further communication was via skype and whatsapp.
