The Orchidea Agency has a great professional reputation, and was recommended when I was looking for this type of service. They are well known in their field. After first meeting and discussing the project with Lera, I was sure that Orchidea Agency is the right company for all my needs.

They walked me through their customer engagement process: how we collaborate, how many sessions we needed to work on this project, how many reviews we could do, how many weeks they needed to complete this project etc. We had multiple meetings after I filled the briefing form to help the whole team better understand my vision for this project.
They gave me the first presentation in which several concepts for my project were presented. I took some time to think about which of the presented options I would choose, it was a difficult decision as all the presented concepts were amazing!!!
After I made a final decision with the concept, we continued to refine it and improve it until everything matched 100%. After the final presentation, they gave me the files in all relevant formats and we successfully completed this project.

On my project we worked with 3 people - founder & creative director at Orchidea Agency - Lera, graphic designer - Olga, and brand designer -Kristina.

Working with Lera and her team was very easy and productive. Communication was always excellent, via email and video calls.

Overall I had a positive experience working with the team of Orchidea Agency. It was impressive how the team understood my needs and use their creativity to fulfill my branding goals. Most impressive to me was how subtly the team delivered on my vision; it was not an easy project, as the team worked for the American PNW market, being on another continent.
I was amazed at the accuracy with which they hit the target and everything they did is 100% in line with the local consumer market and my request! They knew what are they doing, trust me! I will definitely return to them for my new projects, and will recommend them for sure.

We spend several months working on identity. Orchidea did a great job digging deep into brand DNA and messaging, preparing competitor comparisons, and brand matrix. They proposed several directions and after working on refining one we have chosen. After that they designed social media guide, packaging 9boxes, instructions), swag. Importnant part was to develop a website.

We worked with Orchidea founder Lera. She distributed tasks among her team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We believe that Etalon has trendy DTC identity that reflects to our brand and messaging. We like assets that Orchidea prepared and got good feedback from partners and customers about our style.

Orchidea team is attentive and listening. They take into account our comments, questions, but suggest the best solution based on their expertise. They also fast in making changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only suggestion we have is to offer Slack as one of the communication channels. However, we didn't have issues communicating via other tools.
