The agreement stipulated control over all IT processes and uninterrupted server service. It also included cybersecurity monitoring and prevention measures, disaster recovery scenarios, and all of these requirements were met, and more.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Many improvements have been made in cybersecurity. There are fewer attacks now. Previously, we would experience many attacks and lose our businesses and data. While we used to experience network disruptions, everything is much more stable now. Best of all, nobody in the company can see anyone else's data anymore. A good management layering system has been built. In addition, disaster recovery sites and daily backups have saved us many times.

They were there for us whenever we needed them. Their support was always available, both remotely and on-site. We always received the work we requested on time, or even ahead of schedule. They never delayed either the materials or the services.

They are definitely not rote learners or sloppy. We have witnessed for years that they strive to provide quality service, not just to get by.

Actually, there's not really anything I can say like, "Add this to your list of skills." Yes, I know it sounds ambitious, but they're genuinely very competent and knowledgeable.
