Their creative team created very attractive concepts, which they developed into scripts and storyboards. Then they held a casting call and approved one of their directors who then wrote a treatment for a series of videos. We approved all the stages, after which there was about a week of production in various locations, and another week for post-production. We were impressed by their well-coordinated and professional work.

We worked mostly with their executive producer Mike and director Dario. There were over 30 people on production stage, everyone was friendly and very professional. The feedback was lightning fast and they managed to deliver all the videos before our deadlines.

The result exceeded our expectations and we’re now ready to launch our advertising campaigns on TV and digital platforms.

Our International Film Festival is an annual event that celebrates local, national and international filmmaking. Our goal is to find new talent as well as showcase masterpieces from well-known filmmakers. I am the vice-president of the festival.

We hired ORBIS to broadcast the 2021 festival. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, we decided to have the live event online because it was impossible to comply with anti-COVID measures in Austria otherwise (usually, we host over a thousand spectators, actors, filmmakers, etc.) ORBIS Production were to organize and run the live broadcast using our platform.

We hired ORBIS Production based on careful online and offline research. We were looking for a video production company that had experience in filming and broadcasting live events and had the necessary crew and equipment to handle the task. They have high-end broadcast cameras and premium-level broadcast lenses, which was one of the deciding factors for hiring them. But what’s more important is that their crew is very professional and knows how to put their great equipment to good use.

The broadcast was very successful, and we had over 30,000 online viewers. Their production team went to the location several times, conducted a streaming test, and completed equipment and lighting set up two days before the event. The award ceremony was broadcasted in two languages, and everything was flawless.

We worked mostly with Lukas and Marco. And also with their technical streaming engineer Roberto. All communication took place through MS Teams and via e-mail. The team promptly responded to any questions and was constantly in touch.

The broadcast was watched by over 30,000 viewers online in real time and it was a success. The whole process couldn’t have been handled better. ORBIS also handled the broadcasting of the film festival participants at the awards ceremony.

We needed several videos about our featured designers and creators that would showcase their working environment, their process, and tell their unique stories in a captivating way.

ORBIS handled everything: scriptwriting, interviewing, filming, and post-production. It was particularly challenging to show the actual creative processes in such a way that even viewers who aren't familiar with the trade would be compelled to watch the videos until the very end.

We worked with several members of the team: Mike, Elen, and Alessandro. All of them are really nice people and a pleasure to work with. They're very responsive to feedback and offer their own ideas to get the job done.

The videos are ready and we love them. They aren't live yet because we're planning to release them in April 2022, when we're going to launch our platform.

Our team members and ORBIS communicated in person, on the phone, via IM, and email. It was really important for us that they were always there to answer our questions, even during the weekend. All the deadlines were announced in advance and met.

Their style! The people at ORBIS were such fun and creative people to work with! They have wonderful creative ideas and they really know what they're doing. And, most importantly, they use top of the range equipment.

ORBIS helped us to create a series of short marketing videos for our website to introduce our new product (facemasks and other personal care products), which are so important during the COVID pandemic. We needed the videos to be more than just adverts – we wanted prospects to get to know our company and increase customer trust.

To do the job, ORBIS came up with a video marketing strategy and scripts for all of the videos. They then handled the filming, voiceovers, and postproduction so that we got the final, high-quality result.

We hired them to create corporate feature videos of our recent assets for sale – factories in Switzerland and Italy. There were eight videos in total: four short feature films and four one-hour presentation videos.

We wanted to showcase the factories and show what they are and how they work. We wanted it to be done in such a way that prospective buyers would feel engaged and understand how the factories operated.

ORBIS made four feature films of 3.5 minutes each, showing the factories from inside, interviewing the management and showing the the work of each of the factories from inside in an interactive and engaging way.

They also recorded four long presentation videos for each of the plants (1 hour each) The process was very smooth and well organized, especially considering that filming on multiple locations was involved. We got an out-of-the-box service and didn't have to worry about anything – ORBIS' management team handled the whole process, organized everything for filming on location, prepared the scripts, and interviewed the management.

We have worked mostly with Mike Lisjak, Elen and Marco. As mentioned above, the whole process was dealt with in a very professional manner, without a single hiccup.

The videos resulted in very profitable sales of the assets. ORBIS helped to shape the marketing strategy, developed the scripts, and made four excellent films, showing the scale of the plants from inside. They filmed real stories of each factory, shaping the right perception that resulted in the sale.

The workflow was extremely effective and efficient. They used Vimeo and frameio tools for our approvals, and everything was great. They also delivered everything before the deadlines.

As mentioned above, the goal of the video was to showcase our services, experience and qualifications in an attractive way. Prior to the actual filming, ORBIS prepared a script and a storyboard. Once I approved them, we travelled to film location. Video production took place in three cities – Trieste, Ljubljana and Gorizia. The filming team consisted of six professionals: a director, director of photography, two cameramen, a sound producer and a gaffer. The filming lasted for three days and postproduction was quick and flawless.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

In short, it was excellent. I wasn't at all familiar with how professional video production works but Mike and other team members organized everything without any hiccups and were there to answer all my (sometimes silly) questions.

Our current clients loved the video, so now we're finalising the details of a large advertising campaign, which will use the video to attract new international clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We were launching a brand new business, so we wanted to everything possible to make ourselves known. Thanks to the fantastic and vibrant ads, we got that done!

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for someone with lots of experience in filming for the fashion industry, particularly with experience with luxury brands. We also needed an EU-based video production partner, preferably with an office in Slovenia. Basically, we wanted someone who'd make us stand out and someone who provided an all-round solution.

The videos are AMAZING! We never thought it was possible to capture the essence of our jewelry in a mini-movie (sorry, can't call these masterpieces "ads").

Mike, Ilya, and Lukas went the extra mile when they were creating the concepts for the videos and came up with real stories as opposed to the usual "hey, buy our stuff" ads.

The whole process was simply magical. Getting to know the team, reviewing the concepts, filming, and reviewing the final videos was an amazing experience. The whole process went without a single hiccup because Mike was always there to answer all our questions and deal with all our concerns.

We are currently preparing to launch the entire campaign. Their created videos are great and I'm confident that it will be a success.

Well, where to start? Their creativity is truly mind-blowing. We were expecting high-quality video ads but we didn't think making small movies out of them was possible. The guys created stories that talk and communicate. In short, these were the most beautiful ads we've ever seen. We're just so glad they advertise our business!

Since we started to use the advertisement that they created, we noticed a higher interest on social medias, and also better sales. We definitely recommend them.
