We had previous experience with OJ. We had Google Ads courses with them. Then we got to know them as people, but also as an agency that cannot be denied professionalism.

Naturally, we started with a meeting to discuss our business goals, problems we face and expectations. Based on the consultation, we selected the advertising budget. We focused on choosing the most relevant keywords and creating graphic creations. Based on the created materials, we launched the first campaigns. Since then, we regularly get reports on the operation of the campaign and we don't have to worry about anything. And that's what we wanted, we wanted someone who would take the burden of running the campaign off us, but above all, someone who could be trusted. Orange Juice is one of these companies.

From the start the way the team (as a whole) communicates with a client is very professional, yet friendly and direct. Every step in the project is planned, explained and implemented with creativity and thoughtfulness to meet client expectations.

They are always open to new ideas, quick to adapt and implement changes, and ready to help if necessary. As professionals in their field they provide knowledge and important context to ever changing google ads metrics and rules. They’re also very patient with their clients, especially when they lack time to communicate with them properly. Sometimes I’m guilty of this (unfortunately), therefore appreciative of their understanding ;)

At the moment I don't find any.

We started our cooperation in October 2021, when we decided that we needed a professional company that would run our Google Ads marketing campaigns. The initial advertising budget was less than 1000 Euro. In the initial phase, we prepared advertising content for the company and on this basis Orange Juice prepared the first campaigns.

After reaching the break-even point for advertising, we gradually increased the amount spent on advertising up to EUR 3,000. The consistent work of the Orange Juice Team, consisting in optimizing and improving the conducted advertising campaigns, led to a significant increase in return on investment, the average ROAS indicator has quadrupled since the beginning of our cooperation.

Orange Juice created for us a comprehensive paid online advertising plan which included: strategy, choosing right platforms and tools, budget recommendation, UX/UI suggestions for our online store, visual part of our ads etc.. They were reporting their work systematically and professionally.

We are more than happy with our vendor’s work. Thanks to their work we have definitely increased our online sale. The Google Ads have the most impact on our online sale right now. For example, thanks to the Orange Juice we increased our online sale in 2020 by 4-fold compared to the previous year. After initial calculations, we will be able to achieve similar results in this year as well.

We had a great contact with our Project Coordinator and Account Manager. It was easy to communicate with them, they were always open to help us and answer to our questions. We mostly contacted with them by e-mail but there were situations we had to have an ASAP call. Orange Juice team was always available for us. I was impressed how smooth and professional was the communication with our dedicated team from Orange Juice.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I can definitely say that the strongest part of Orange Juice is the willingness to understand the brand and company's expectations. As the Orange Juice said „There are no bad questions you can ask us, we are here to help you and be your partner at every level on this project. ” I don’t know any ad agency which cares more about the brand’s benefits than its own.

the results of the campaign exceeded my expectations. I am positively surprised. Year by year sales increase by over 100%. The key source is the Adwords campaign.

The most impressive was the efficiency. Thanks to orange juice, my company is growing at a fast pace. The communication path was also a very pleasant surprise. I am informed about everything on a regular basis.
