I am the owner of Make It Easy company. I run a publishing business. Calendars are my main sales product. I work with individuals and large companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orange Juice, and what were your goals?

Orange Juice has been with me from the beginning. I hired this company to sell more online and gain valuable customers. I was mainly looking for a company to help with adverts and product advertising. It turned out that Orange juice also perfectly analyzes the market in terms of sales and helps me with that.

I found Orange Juice on the recommendation. Heard how great they are doing online advertising. After talking to Krzysztof, I had no doubts that I would hire Orange Juice. Price and quality were also decisive factors.

Orange Juice has fully focused on the company's online advertising. She implemented product campaigns. Keywords were selected after agreement and analysis. I got acquainted with the possibilities, we analyzed the budget.

The whole thing was automated and I got access to tracking the results. Google analytics was explained in great detail, so I know more.

At the beginning of our cooperation, bosses Krzysztof and Łukasz worked with me. The girls from the office informed me about the budget and details of the campaign. Eliza from Orange Juice has been working on the project for a year. She is a sales manager and a great employee.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

the results of the campaign exceeded my expectations. I am positively surprised. Year by year sales increase by over 100%. The key source is the Adwords campaign.

E-mail is the communication path. I get detailed information from Orange Juice on campaigns, budgets and optimization. If I don't understand something, we talk about it on the phone. I feel taken care of by Orange Juice, I'm sure they are great specialists

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive was the efficiency. Thanks to orange juice, my company is growing at a fast pace. The communication path was also a very pleasant surprise. I am informed about everything on a regular basis.

At the moment, I don't find any.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a software development company that works on client projects. Our main focus is on blockchain projects connected to cryptocurrencies, fintech, and so on. We also do outsourced Python development. I’m the head of growth in the company, and my responsibility is to build marketing and sales processes and execute tactics.

What challenge were you trying to address with Orange Juice?

We were looking for a partner that could help us with Google PPC so we could find clients in the UK for both of our verticals.

We focus on Google Ads, with search, display, and remarketing campaigns, targeting blockchain and Python development, respectively.

We wanted to see whether we could get quality leads from Google Ads, given that the market is very competitive and lead acquisition costs are high.

We’re working with two people from Orange Juice. One of them is in direct communication with me, and the other is on the technical side.

I looked online for partners with Google certificates and had interviews with 10 companies. Orange Juice had the highest possible certificates for Google Ads, they had experience in our industry, and they had competitive pricing.

How much have you invested with them?

Their fee is a percentage of our advertising budget, so it varies. Their fees have amounted to around $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Orange Juice in March 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We achieved the impact that we wanted. We wanted a decent and moderately-priced way of getting leads, and the outcome was exactly as we expected.

How did Orange Juice perform from a project management standpoint?

I give them full marks for communication. They’re responsive, civil, and clear with communication. We communicate by phone, email, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their proactiveness is most impressive. If we get a new situation to solve or an unexpected problem, they’ll be proactive in offering solutions for acting on it. They don’t wait for us to tell them what to do.
