The scope of the project was to design a website according to a new visual identity, this work was done in Figma and approved by me before the development of content modules in HubSpot CMS. Structure, content and lead capture strategy were developed in collaboration with Orange Bird. The content was created by me and Orange Bird. The result is a beautiful website (https://selpaxt.com/) that presents our technology in a very compelling way.

KPI's with increased return from targeted segments are still difficult to ascertain at this stage, however design content production, brand guidelines,  brand strategy, market research all demonstrate clear progress.

Not really. Working with an external communications company has its challenges, but it seems Orange Bird has sucessfully equipped itself with IT support and platforms that reduce the lack of face to face communication (we are in different countries). Their tight organisational skills (weekly meetings and tracked progress) and their dedicated project assignees make us feel they are part of our organisation.

The number of the website visitors grew 954.3% over the previous year. The initial LinkedIn campaigns Orange Bird created to promote SurfCleaner’s oil spill response technology brought 312 conversions in the first 6 months. Referral, Social and Display traffic all were increased. Website Page Loading Time was cut in half. 

Over a period of eight months, backlinks to the SurfCleaner website more than doubled. The company profile was submitted to multiple business and PR directories to boost SurfCleaner’s online presence.

Orange Bird was chosen through a tender process done by InnoEnergy, the incubator of Rivus Batteries.

Orange Bird was very organized in the whole process. We had an introductory call to discuss expectations and scope. Then they set up an online portal with separate tickets for each work task where I could follow its progress and results. We had weekly sync-up meetings and could also communicate freely via email and slack.

We are happy with the graphical content that they have provided. We now have a logo and graphical profile that we are proud of, as well as a web page that we are confident will generate many good leads.

They were good at communicating and keeping track of what needed to be done. The only difficult part was communicating over multiple platforms at the same time. But this is quite normal in this day and age.

They were very organized and had a highly professional workflow.

It would be nice if it could have been EVEN clearer with a concrete list of things I need to deal with. This information was spread out over different places during this project.
