Our ecommerce website's UI/UX was completely redesigned as part of the scope of work. Oplox technology concentrated on developing an appealing and consistent visual identity, optimizing the client's journey from product discovery to checkout, and expediting the purchasing process. Redesigned product pages, improved navigation, a simpler checkout process, and a mobile-responsive design were among the key deliverables.

The project's measurable outcomes revealed tremendous growth and success. We saw a significant reduction in cart abandonment rates after Oplox tech's work, indicating greater customer engagement and a more frictionless purchasing experience. Furthermore, our website's conversion rate increased significantly, resulting in a significant increase in sales and revenue.

I am the founder of an e-commerce retail website.

What challenge were you trying to address with Oplox Tech?

I was looking for a company to redesign my website into one that was more elegant and contemporary so we could be more competitive in the marketplace.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Oplox Tech designed and developed my e-commerce website. I provided some of my basic ideas and shared some of my market competitor's websites with their team. They then provided me with several designs and guided me through their design processes in Figma. Oplox Tech's team also focused on the UX, which I hadn't considered altering before the engagement. 

They also showed me several directions to take to improve conversion rates and customer experience, including designing new sales flows. Once the design was complete and we'd added photographs and content, Oplox Tech developed the platform.

We worked with several UX/UI and web designers and developers and a project manager.

I found Oplox Tech via an online platform, and their former clients had positive reviews of their work. I liked Oplox Tech because they were committed to ensuring their clients were involved in every step of the project.

Oplox Tech was very professional and delivered a high-quality product — I've received a lot of positive feedback from my regular customers. My conversion rates have also increased. Overall, my experience with Oplox Tech, the project, and the final website were great.

Oplox Tech had excellent communication and I always knew where we were in a project — the project manager was in constant contact with me. If there were any delays, I was made aware of them quickly and why they were happening.

First, Oplox Tech's communication throughout the project was outstanding. Their design skills were also excellent.
