The new platform has improved the customer journey, made it easier to manage our online business, and supports our ambition to increase online sales.Since the new webshop has recently launched, we’re still collecting long-term performance data. However, we’ve already seen improvements in the overall user experience, webshop performance, and customer journey. The new platform provides a stronger foundation for increasing online sales, improving conversion rates, and scaling our e-commerce activities in the future.Early feedback has been very positive. Customers experience the new webshop as more modern, faster, and easier to navigate. Internally, the new Shopify platform also makes it easier for us to manage products, content, and future improvements. While we’re still measuring long-term performance, these improvements indicate that the new webshop provides a much stronger foundation compared to the previous platform.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was Opklopper’s ability to combine strategic thinking, custom UX/UI design, Shopify development and conversion optimisation within one team. They did not simply rebuild our existing webshop. They challenged our ideas, simplified complex B2B ordering processes and translated them into a clear, scalable customer experience.
At the same time, they understood the commercial importance of our Q4 peak season and balanced design quality with performance, usability and manageability. There were no major areas for improvement. Overall, we were very satisfied with the project. One area for improvement would be to define the migration checklist and content responsibilities even more explicitly at the start. Because the project involved products, content, redirects, SEO, languages, and international settings, some items required additional coordination during the final phase. A more detailed shared checklist from the beginning could have made the last part of the migration even smoother.
