What were your goals for this project?

We were very concerned about the pandemic and viewings in properties either not being available or reduced capacity. we made the videos to give an overall professional image of our properties.

We wanted to gain some trust from the prospective tenants, with a view to securing them as tenants.

The staff at open house took a brief, I stayed with them on the very thorough filming process, They gave me roughly edited mock ups, then the finished product-Excellent.

A superb year for lettings, year on year we have let the properties earlier, taking the pandemic into account this is a great result. some of the properties let with no physical viewing! great
