OnGlobal partnered with our team to support the development of a custom WordPress website based on approved UX wireframes and visual designs. Their scope of work included translating detailed design files into a fully responsive, accessible, and functional WordPress website while maintaining the integrity of the user experience and visual design. Key deliverables included front-end development, WordPress theme implementation, responsive optimization across devices, content integration, quality assurance testing, and collaboration with our design and project teams throughout the development process. The team also supported functionality implementation, troubleshooting, and refinements during the review and launch phases to ensure the final website aligned with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

It's been many years of relationship and sometimes it's difficult to readjust to different people taking on the role of managing an account.

I'm the director of a retail company. Our company has been in the market for 85 years and sells industrial supplies, steel products, machines, tools, and welding products. We have branches in two cities and are part of a hardware chain.

We have technical products and complex catalogs with many attributes. We also have business units that require a qualified team to reflect the commercial operation online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

onGlobal has worked on the development and evolution of our e-commerce platform. The team has also integrated our ERP system and implemented a B2B system for orders. The platform has more than 5,000 SKUs and is integrated with payment processors like Payway and ClearSale, logistics with Andreani and OCA, and ERP Paljet, among others.
