OnGlobal partnered with our team to support the development of a custom WordPress website based on approved UX wireframes and visual designs. Their scope of work included translating detailed design files into a fully responsive, accessible, and functional WordPress website while maintaining the integrity of the user experience and visual design. Key deliverables included front-end development, WordPress theme implementation, responsive optimization across devices, content integration, quality assurance testing, and collaboration with our design and project teams throughout the development process. The team also supported functionality implementation, troubleshooting, and refinements during the review and launch phases to ensure the final website aligned with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

We needed to migrate our website from PrestaShop v1.6 to v8.1.1.

onGlobal has migrated our website from PrestaShop v1.6 to v8.1.1. The team has also conducted surveys to determine our needs, including adding add-ons to the platform, custom development, and creating custom statistics. onGlobal provides consulting, support, and maintenance for our website. The team has implemented add-ons for abandoned carts, IQIT Mega Menu, a custom favorites list, and a control panel for statistics using Resen. The control panel provides details on visits, registrations, orders, purchases, percentages of registrations and orders, earnings, and distribution by categories. onGlobal has also created more than 40 custom reports in the PrestaShop database.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

onGlobal's goal is to improve the customer experience in navigation and the use of the shopping cart. The team also aims to obtain more information about how our customers use the platform and provide improvements and updates to the site. We've increased our website's visits and orders.Our first success was the migration from PrestaShop v1.6 to v8.1.1. This change resulted in improved website security, faster commercialization times, and quicker resolution of incidents with onGlobal's support. We've also received consulting, recommendations, and training for our team. We've detected abandoned carts and recovered between 15%–20% of them.

onGlobal's project management is organized and diagrammed with understanding and follow-up meetings. The team maintains attentive and organized communication with our team and meets delivery deadlines. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
