We wanted to create a few NFT collections to commemorate different events and users in our community.

We were very impressed by their portfolio of past work and believed they could deliver the quality product we were looking for. Upon further conversation with Sveta, we were confident they were right for the job.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Each collection began with the ideation process of collecting inspiration and planning what we wanted the graphics to look like. Then they created a draft of the design which we were able to share feedback on. We would iterate on the designs together until we were happy with the final product.

We worked directly with their lead designer, Sveta.

The final designs we used were part of 5 different collections that were minted by over 60,000 users and over 900 ETH in trade volume ($900,000).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very efficient and effective, we loved working with their team. They were great at drafting first designs that we enjoyed and implemented our feedback very well, always making sure we were creating a great design that spoke to the larger goal at hand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their hands-on approach brought our ideal designs to life. They always wanted to make sure that we were on the same page and wanted to make designs that effectively spoke to our larger goals.

We hired Sveta and the team at Oney Studio to help with our Meta and Google Advertising strategy, as well as to help with lead generation from these two platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the process of working with the Oney Studio team, we were able to increase our average leads per month from Meta and Google from 27 leads and 9 leads per month to 69 leads per month and 21 leads per month. In the process of working together, we also increased our sales from Google by 198% and 56% for Meta.

Working with the Oney Studio team has been an incredible experience all around. The team is very communicative and constantly shares feedback, results, and recommended changes on a weekly basis. They do a phenomenal job at comparing both the front end advertising data with our back end conversion and overall performance data in order to adjust strategy for optimal results. 

They always make themselves available to connect on Google Meets when a meeting is necessary. The team is very forward thinking and makes your success a priority, which is not the experience we've had with other ad teams. Their attention to detail and commitment to constant improvement is top notch.

The team does a wonderful job of collaborating and communicating both with one another and with our company and team. It gives us a lot of confidence as a company knowing that no matter who we are working with on the Oney Studio team, that they have clearly taken the time to understand our individual needs.

Not that I can think of at this time. Any minor areas of improvement have always been communicated with the team and immediate action has been taken to adjust.

I'm the creator of Rivals NFT, a crypto NFT project born in early 2022

We wanted to create a 3D cinematic as a trailer for our project and Oney Studio seemed to be the perfect fit for the job

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for video editors on Upwork and stumbled upon Oney Studio and their portfolio seemed better than others, so we went for them

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The video features 2 characters, one is a cowboy and the other is a native american. There's a standoff between them in a Far West scenario. Both take the aim, more precisely the cowboy has a revolver, where the native american has a bow. The bullet then rips through the arrow when they collide and the explosion introduces the title of our project, RIVALS.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We mainly talked to Svitlana which was the "head" of this project. The feedback process mainly happened through her. She was very kind and open to constructive criticism about our video. She also made sure every step toward the completion was well executed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far we didn't have any economical benefit, since we're about to launch. However talking to our marketing team and our blockchain team they were amazed by the work and decided help us execute our project.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their management is really good, you can tell they're experts at this. We mainly communicated through video chat but also through Telegram where we created a group to communicate a lot faster. They were also on time with the times they promised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found impressive was their kindness and openness. They're not like other narrow-minded companies, where they're also at times arrogant. Oney Studio really took their time to understand our requests and also to re-edit small parts of the video.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything perfect, except the small fact that I'd maybe recommend not to charge extra for the zip files of the 3D models. But other than that, everything was great.
