We engaged One Data Sofrtware to support NexEventa’s cloud architecture, AI integration, and readiness processes within the AWS startup ecosystem.One Data Software Solutions performed AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WARFR) for Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization and Sustainability.

From the beginning, the team demonstrated a strong understanding of both AWS technical frameworks and the realities of building a robust infrastructure. They guided us through the WARF process in a structured and organized way, helping us strengthen our architecture documentation, security posture, and compliance readiness. In parallel, we are working together on our AI chatbot initiative, aligning AWS services and infrastructure to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. As an Manged Service Provider (MSP), they have been responsive, proactive, and professional. We feel supported, especially when navigating technical decisions that impact future growth.

When OneData provided us with their initial response to our proposal, they could have customized / geared the proposal more to our needs, instead of providing us a boilerplate template. They improved upon this, once we had a follow-up discussion and informed them of what we were expliciting looking for in the proposal response.

We’re still fine-tuning the results, but the overall outcome will benefit our website and general operations in cost and performance. I'm confident the final outcome will be positive.

OneData Software Solutions LLC delivers work on time and on budget. The team is prompt in communication, except for some instances when a teammate isn't available to meet with us simultaneously, but I understand there are unexpected personal situations. This hasn't affected our project, and our team meetings are easy.

I can't think of anything OneData Software Solutions LLC can improve on.

OneData Software Solutions LLC's fast response time and understanding by the technical team were astounding. I've been working in IT a long time and have not come across many who can keep up with a fast pace and data absorbtion rate, especially when troubleshooting.

Perhaps some more Microsoft understanding/training, but other than that no.

Could not active my custom domain SES purchased from Amazon Web Servers. As a result could not protect the domain using Google Admin as the records were incorrect and DKIM showing in invalid.
Was delighted with the assistance of my 2 x experts and very gratefull for screensharing through the process as helps me undersand where I went wrong. Will be using this service in future as have some bigger jobs in the pipeline.
