Since we only sell luxury goods, We need a high-end website. One Pixel Media has made our wish come true. Tan and his team get the job done really fast, with the stunning website design and top-notch e-com function that we need.

One Pixel Media were referred to us by our Partner, because they did good job on our Partner last projects. Of course We choosed One Pixel Media without thinking ,and They did not disapointed us at all.

We are a low-tech company so Tan and his team really patience with us. They explanded everything we need to know and what we need on the new website. They choosed Wordpress because it's easier for us to maintenance, scaleable and in our budget.

The project manager is Tan, and we also work with one full-stack web developer and a copywriter who helps us create SEO-optimized content on the website.

The project manager is Tan, and 1 Full-stack Web Developer and 1 Copywriter to help us create SEO-optimized content on the website. Only 1 Month after we launched the website, the traffic increased by 30%, and 50% in revenue. Many positive feedbacks from our customers about the website's design and the easy check-out flow One Pixel Media has created. We are more than happy.

We used Zalo to coordinate. It only took one week to complete the project, and we're very impressed with the outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The overall experience with One Pixel Media is fast, professional, pn time, and patient with their client while teaching us how to use the admin dashboard to update everything on the website, and even recording the process and made a tutorial for us in case we missed anything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Will be great if they have a website maintenance service. Because We are a low-tech company, we must hire someone to maintain the website. it will be more cost-effective if we let One Pixel Media handle that part.
