What challenge were you trying to address with One Percenter?

We needed to create a website that could attract new clients and support our growth strategy in the financial markets. We also wanted to reflect trust, transparency and compliance as a regulated CFD trading business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

One Percenter handled the full digital build for our CFD trading business. Their scope included website development, integrations, mobile applications and consulting and strategy.

For website development, they built a modern, responsive website. For integrations, they connected our CRM, payment service providers (PSPs) and trading platforms.

For mobile applications, they developed apps for iOS and Android to extend our services and provide accessibility for our clients. For consulting and strategy, they provided guidance on scalability to support our long-term growth strategy.

Although it’s still early to measure long-term results, the collaboration with One Percenter has given us a complete digital foundation that allows us to scale with confidence. Early feedback from clients and partners has been very positive, and the professional image of our platform has already helped us build trust and credibility in the market.

The most important outcome so far has been the stability of the digital ecosystem, which now allows us to grow sustainably. In terms of measurable data, over the last two quarters, we’ve seen a 45% increase in website traffic, along with a steady improvement in the average time users spend on the site, clear indicators that the platform is engaging and gaining traction.

Special attention was given to the reservation flow, menu presentation, and mobile experience since many of our customers booked directly from their phones.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One Percenter transformed our outdated website into a clean and intuitive platform that drove engagement. Within weeks of launch, our bounce rate decreased significantly, and the site began generating a steady flow of high-quality leads. We were on the first page of Google if you were looking for a restaurant with a dedicated area for kids.

Moreover, the number of customers increased 4–5 times. Our bounce rate decreased around 20%.

What did you find most impressive about them?
