Divided the project into specific modules, each one briefed, evaluated and quoted before delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to be flexible when some aspects of the project may have been a bit unclear. Hopefully the many tasks which went smoothly, compensated for the ones which required some flexibility.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be an advantage to add javascript and app-coding skills to their team. This would enable us to work with one contractor, who we've established good working relationship with.

The project was a success, and we were already using it in daily operations.

It was mainly via emails, they met the aggressive deadline that were set when the project started and worked according to the spec and budget.

In the web development sphere is hard to find a company that delivers on time and on budget and OMTech did just that. This was amazing to finally find such a company.
