For what projects/services did your company hire Omninos Solutions, and what were your goals?

Munish Kumar and his company omninos solutions mohali are scamers. I paid them in advance for the project (app) they received the money, but they didn't do the job or give me a refund. I started working with them (omninos solutions) in March 2022 and I paid them the agreed upon amount and they promised me to complete this work within two weeks from that date but so far they have not started working and whenever I contact them and ask about the application they promise me that you will start soon. We searched online for mobile wallets developers and we chose omninos solutions based on the reviews from different sources.

We have a mobile money wallet that consists of agent and customer apps. We provided their team with frameworks, designs, source code and APKs.

No body worked on the project since March 2022

Omninos solutions failed to provide the technical team who can work on the application.

Their team was so enthusiastic about the project before the receiving the payment and they promised they will have done within a couple of weeks but I as soon as they received the money they became less responsive and eventually they became totally unresponsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're unresponsive and unwilling to do the job or give us a refund.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It could have been a little better if they responded to our calls and messages.

I needed a company to develop our mobile app.

They developed our mobile Android app for chartered bus dispatch. We wanted our users to be able to view arrival times online. The app sends a message to passengers to let them know the time and location where we will pick them up. We gave them all the details, images, and our requirements.

I had one main point of contact with who I spoke with at the beginning. There was one developer assigned.

I found them in a Google search.

We spent around 75,000 INR (approximately $990 USD).

We worked together in January 2020. The project took two weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They came up with an awesome app that increased my business. The app is very useful for my daily routine. We used to use a pen and paper, so this is a marked improvement. We’re very happy with the app.

How did Omninos Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

The developer was always available and delivered on time. Whenever I called or sent an email, he responded within 15 minutes to an hour. We had some WhatsApp video calls too. The interaction was good. There were no issues with the developer.

They delivered what we expected. They’ve given me a discount of 5,000 INR. It was perfect.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve offered me a website design to go with my mobile app.
