A complete Warehouse Management System that automates and optimizes inbound and outbound operations—from product receiving and palletization to picking, transfers, and final dispatch. It includes QR-based tracking, automated shelf assignments, forklift task management, and real-time visibility across the entire warehouse. The system reduces errors, enhances accuracy, and significantly boosts overall operational efficiency and productivity.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

OMEGA SOLUTION helped us fully automate our warehouse operations. We reduced inbound processing time, minimized human errors in receiving and dispatch, and improved inventory accuracy to nearly 100%. Our order fulfillment speed increased significantly because forklift tasks, transfers, and picking lists are now generated automatically and tracked in real time. The transparency and traceability we gained have improved both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Their project management has been excellent. They provided updates every 2–3 days, followed an agile workflow, and delivered each milestone on time. Whenever we requested changes or improvements, they responded immediately and implemented them without hesitation. They also deployed test systems early so we could review progress from day one.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by their deep understanding of warehouse operations and their ability to convert our manual workflows into fully automated digital processes. Their flexibility, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering results were exceptional. They also handled complex technical tasks like microservices, QR automation, and forklift task routing with ease.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OMEGA SOLUTION could have done differently?

The overall experience was excellent, but we believe design quality could be made more modern and visually polished. A more premium UI would elevate the user experience even further.

The scope of work was to build a website that will be minimalistic, smooth, fast and secure. It will be a e ticketing platform specifically for corporate, tech and social events. Event organizers can register, have their own dashboard to see the event matrix, set ticket price, customize their homepage and others. With out platform, they can sell the tickets using our digital payment gateway. They will also have a mobile app that will help the event organizers to verify entry and see the ticket owners details. They have delivered a website with design, development and everything with multiple dashboards and rules, mobile apps for the verification, financial reports and other necessary functionalities

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Well, we set up some goals that will verify the progress of this project. Such as is the website smooth and fast enough, is there all the features listed, are all the APIs working perfectly, are there any bugs etc.

They did delivered the project on time, but there was some mistakes from our end, we missed some of our features on the first hand. Then we asked them to add those to the application. They cooperated nicely and delivered the final project just like I wanted it to be

The most impressive and unique part of this company is, from the owner to the employees, they all are friendly and matured. They knew what they were doing and were professional. Such professionalism and development maturity in this price range is quite rare. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something OMEGA SOLUTION could have done differently?

It was a small project for short time, and i didn't find anything areas of improvement for this reason.

I’m the chairman of Akota Transport, one of the biggest transport companies in the country. We specialize in the transportation of goods nationwide.

What challenge were you trying to address with Omega Solution?

We were facing manual billing issues and bottlenecks when providing transportation services and keeping track of vehicles. We also had a lot of other business problems that could be easily handled when automated.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OMEGA SOLUTION solved every business problem by understanding everything. They prepared a custom transportation management system for me, a web software, and a mobile app for drivers and companies. They did a great job with the technology.

The system and app included a dashboard, trip, payment, vendor, bill, company, transaction, account, HR, and many more features. There were also scanning features through mobile for chalan management.

We worked together from January to June 2025.

We had 100% success. We saved costs of up to 60%, and efficiency went up to 50%. We’re in profit, and better operational management is happening now. The service is reliable, efficient, and consistently meets deadlines with high-quality deliverables at every milestone. I highly recommend their services for any project.
