One area for improvement is ensuring that, in the most resource‑constrained parts of AI/ML delivery, the team consistently brings in specialists who not only understand the theory but can translate it into real‑world implementation quickly and reliably. This includes strengthening the match between project needs and individual skill sets so that complex models, data pipelines, and applied AI features move from concept to production without unnecessary iteration.

A second opportunity lies in expanding the pool of UX/UI and marketing‑focused designers who are comfortable working in a fast‑moving, multi‑project environment. These roles often require rapid context‑switching, tight feedback loops, and a willingness to adapt designs as technical and business priorities evolve, and ensuring that designers are both capable and willing to operate with that level of flexibility would elevate the overall delivery experience.

I’m the VP of partnerships at Newo.ai, a cloud platform that enables businesses to quickly create AI agents capable of handling calls, messages, bookings, and reservations across multiple channels. We help reduce missed calls and boost revenue through 24/7 automated support.

We needed help training, deploying, and supporting AI agents.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OLSYS works with our customers to collect the requirements for their agents, implements those requirements on the Newo.ai platform, launches the agent, and maintains it based on customer feedback. The requirements include business information and customer requirements for the agent’s intended behavior. The team also integrates the agents with the customer communication channels and CRMs.

What is the team composition?

We work with two teammates from OLSYS.

How did you come to work with OLSYS?

OLSYS was referred to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

We started working with OLSYS in August 2025, and our partnership is ongoing.

OLSYS has launched several agents, and we’ve received positive customer feedback. The team has started delivering great results at once, including quick deployments of high-quality agents and happy customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with OLSYS?

We partnered with OLSYS with the goal that they would take our solutions to market to solve their customers' challenges.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

OLSYS offers IntelePeer AI solutions to their customers to solve agent/employee attrition, long hold times for incoming callers, lost appointments, no-shows, and revenue recovery. The team is in the process of becoming certified to do the IntelePeer implementations.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 2–5 teammates from OLSYS.

How did you come to work with OLSYS?

OLSYS reached out to us to initiate a partnership as they were interested in our AI solutions. We're not exclusive partners, but their drive and initiative are why we thought a partnership would be a good idea.

We have invested time resources to get them up to speed on IntelePeer.

We started working with OLSYS in January 2025, and our partnership is ongoing.

We're still waiting to close our first opportunity with OLSYS. We've made a run at several opportunities but haven't gotten one over the finish line yet.
