Olearis was in charge of all frontend development at Beatly for 1.5 years. We took one of Olearis's frontend developers as a remote worker embedded in our tech team and got help from two of their designers to assist in that process. Olearis implemented planner.beatly.com, an AI assistant for setting up influencer marketing campaigns, and app.beatly.com, the main interface for Beatly's customers and creators to work with each other.

I had worked with Olearis on different projects at past companies. I originally connected with them through a referral from a company named Beetroot. I had a very good experience working with them; they provided clear communication, and their developers were top-notch.

Olearis launched two web apps. User bug reports practically vanished, and user satisfaction went up. We measured the increase in user satisfaction through user interviews at the end of each delivered campaign.

Olearis delivered on time. Project management went very smoothly, with good proactivity from Olearis and open discussions on development and design options. All communication was in English, via Slack, and went very well, with no misunderstandings.

Our Story

We started Olearis in 2013 with a small crew that’s still with us today. Some of us have been building together for the full 12 years-through first releases, pivots, tough launches, and big wins. That history matters: we know each other’s strengths, we ship faster, and we own the outcome together. We keep learning. We use AI in our day-to-day work (code reviews, tests, analytics, research)to move quicker and make better decisions. We’ve also launched our own startups, so we understand both sides

Meet the Team

With 20 years in tech and 12 years running this product studio, he builds apps and startups like UpLife, a digital mental health platform. Finance grad, wakeboard fan, and someone who treats work as a hobby.

I started in finance and leasing, spending ~8 years talking to clients about real business problems before moving into IT in 2016. Now I focus on keeping web & mobile projects calm, transparent and predictable for everyone involved, including me.

I help teams shape digital products from first idea through discovery and product design. With 15+ years in product roles and 10+ years as a founder, I focus on real users, clear value and products that can actually launch and grow.
