Olearis was in charge of all frontend development at Beatly for 1.5 years. We took one of Olearis's frontend developers as a remote worker embedded in our tech team and got help from two of their designers to assist in that process. Olearis implemented planner.beatly.com, an AI assistant for setting up influencer marketing campaigns, and app.beatly.com, the main interface for Beatly's customers and creators to work with each other.

I had worked with Olearis on different projects at past companies. I originally connected with them through a referral from a company named Beetroot. I had a very good experience working with them; they provided clear communication, and their developers were top-notch.

We worked together from April 2024–September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Olearis launched two web apps. User bug reports practically vanished, and user satisfaction went up. We measured the increase in user satisfaction through user interviews at the end of each delivered campaign.
How did Olearis perform from a project management standpoint?
Olearis delivered on time. Project management went very smoothly, with good proactivity from Olearis and open discussions on development and design options. All communication was in English, via Slack, and went very well, with no misunderstandings.

This app was originally built in 2014 by the team and has been running well with no maintenance since. The weather api we used was being decommissioned, so we needed to update the api. To achieve this given so many changes to code, it was best to rebuild which the team was able to do really efficiently. Great result, great to work with.
