1. Website Design & Development: They sat down with us, genuinely listened to our needs, and crafted a game plan for our website. Their designs weren't just visually appealing but also user-friendly, making sure it looked great on both mobile and desktop. And hey, the website launch? Smooth as butter! 
2. Branding: This was more than just a logo for them. They dove deep into our brand's essence, understanding our audience and where we wanted to position ourselves in the market. Their logo design? Spot on! And a special shoutout to the Corporate Manual they provided. It’s our branding bible now, ensuring that we stay true to our brand's essence with every new design.

Even though our project isn't live yet, I feel compelled to share just how thrilled I am with the results so far. From the get-go, Okapolio's commitment has been evident. Mobile app (android) with login screen, baggage pick-up and drop-off screens and scanner screen. REST service supporting all application actions and structured in JAVA, with postgres database and contains all the services needed to support the actions and operations required by the applications

Good functioning of the web-app, QR scanning and verification of baggage claim and delivery emails, as well as good internal testing of the app.

I’m the founder of a cycling association called Dosyk.

What challenges were you trying to address with Okapolio?

We hired them for their mobile app development services. At times, some people go cycling alone on the road, so we wanted to build an app that would allow users to get in touch with other cyclists and enable them to go cycling together.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Okapolio created our mobile app from scratch. We initially explained to them our idea, and they took care of everything after that. They handled the development and design and created logos. They also developed a web version of the app and were in charge of marketing after we launched the app.            

Our app has a chat feature and allows users to share various information, such as location, with others.

What was the team composition? 

We worked with two people from their side: a manager and someone from the creatives team.

How did you come to work with Okapolio?

We found them through an online search.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent between €15,000–€20,000 (approximately $16,000–$21,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement? 

We worked together on this project from June–September 2018.

They did a very good job, and the app had good user acceptance.

How did Okapolio perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a good job from a project management perspective. Their communication was excellent — whenever we had any doubts, they always got in touch with us immediately and made suggestions often. We communicated mostly via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.
