Our company requested a simple yet powerful and effective website. We got what we asked for and are satisfied with the execution. During the process of creating the website, a rebranding of our company was also undertaken. This included the logo and design elements.

tontau is an irrigation system which is based on clay. It is patented and we launched recently.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the key measurable outcomes of the project was the significant improvement in the overall structure and usability of the webshop. The tontau product is now much easier to find, both on the homepage and through the navigation and search functions, which directly supports conversion.

The shop logic now follows a much clearer and more intuitive flow, which is crucial for online users who often decide within seconds whether they stay or leave. Additionally, the bundled tontau package is now highlighted better, making it easier for customers to find and understand the offer.

With these improvements in place, we expect to see a steady increase in sales, driven by better user experience and more direct access to the core product. The webshop now reflects the clarity and simplicity of the tontau brand.

Their project management was excellent. They delivered everything on time and were extremely responsive — answers often came instantly. I really appreciated the regular updates throughout the process, and overall, everything was handled in a very clear and transparent way.

First we had to fill out a long form that the agency used to present us with 3 branding suggestions. After we chose one, we iterated on our choice (changed the colors a little bit). We wanted everything to be a bit lighter but thanks to the agency we decided to go with some darker shades because of the contrasts and it turned out beautiful. 

For the next deliverable we were presented with 3 logo suggestions. All 3 were great and we had a problem choosing one but the agency held a quick workshop in which we quickly decided which logo is best for us. After that we received the logo in svg, png and jpg and the brandbook. 

After that we were given the wireframe suggestion and after we greenlit it we received the final design for the website. We had no complaints, they captured the essence of our business. They uploaded the website and installed analytics and even gave us tips what to write on our blog to increase inbound traffic.

We got more than 20x more leads then we did the year before in the same period. We are booked out throughout the season.

We worked with a different agency before and we were shocked how systematic Offset Concepts is. Every step is documented, they proactively updated us on the project status and we always knew what is the next step. We haven't felt lost even for a second during the project.

They could always be cheaper, haha, but the investment was worth it.
