Odesa assisted us in designing and implementing an internal SaaS platform tailored to our needs. The solution included a performance dashboard, automated reporting features, and gamification elements aimed at improving employee engagement and motivation. The system was built using React, Laravel, PostgreSQL, and AWS, ensuring scalability and strong security. The team delivered the full scope of work, including system architecture design, development of frontend and backend components, QA testing, and deployment.

As a CEO, I usually evaluate impact through our HR reports and operational metrics. About two quarters after launching the platform, we began to notice meaningful improvements. Our sprint completion rates have gone up, turnaround on client deliverables has gotten shorter, and we’ve been able to take on more projects without burning out our core team.In terms of metrics, we’ve gone from consistently carrying over tasks between sprints to closing out most of what we plan. Turnaround on client requests has probably improved by a few weeks on average.Moreover, our internal team has liked working with Odesa.co’s developers, which says a lot. Engineers are usually the first to push back on outside help if the quality isn’t there. The feedback has been positive across the board.
