OCD work well and are very creative. They understand social media (formatting, style) and work hard to deliver this. The are good value for money too.

Get to know our brand style more and ways of working, although this will come in time!

We’re a family-friendly food and music festival with a jaw dropping view. There’s plenty of wholesome fun to be had. And we’re only 9 miles from Bristol. You can expect hedge-to-hedge Somerset sparkle and plenty of nonsense with a spectacular soundtrack. I am the marketing manager for the project.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

OCD Studio created social content as part of a 6-month content campaign by repurposing content previously shot. After having an introduction call, I was sent a statement of work outlining their process and responsibility. With the help of OCD, I created a brief for the monthly content. They would share the content for reviews regularly so that updates could be made, and content could be delivered on time. Content was delivered in various aspect ratios so it could be easily repurposed across more platforms.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Harvey – Director of Video Reviewing content on vimeo was easy. Leaving feedback was simple as I could leave a note or speak to Harvey directly over the phone.

Increase in ticket sales once content was live. Increase in followers across socials.

Very Responsive and friendly Setting up a project management profile on Notion to check on projects and see when to expect delivery on content. Content is easily reviewed on Vimeo before downloading. Easy to contact. Quick to respond

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their willingness to be involved in new projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of. I hope for the company to expand in coming years and for them to have offices all over the UK and our city of Bristol.

I’m the marketing manager for DMY, a company that encompasses a creative content platform, unique artist services and a brand new creator community.

For what projects/services did your company hire OCD Studio, and what were your goals?

We were contacted by Audio Technology company Pioneer to come up with a new series to help promote the European branch of their ‘Pioneer DJ’ brand. Starting at the end of COVID lockdowns we decided on creating a video series which invites the best emerging DJs, artists and producers to show how they work from home, gain inspiration for their sets and curate their radio shows, while also focusing on how they wind down and re-charge away from music.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were lucky enough to be sharing a co-working space with the OCD team, and having already seen the quality of their work alongside having the pleasure of being next to them in the office, we decided they’d be the perfect fit to work with on the project.

We started the process with an ideas session, telling the OCD team our initial concept for the series as well as our plan for where we’d like it to go. The OCD team were quick to pick up on our vision, and helped with the process of translating that in to a visual plan for the videos and branding. Things moved very quickly and efficiently from there and we were able to lock in the first guest of the series at the start of the year. The OCD team worked alongside our creative director to put together a detailed schedule for the shoot - we joined them on the day and worked creatively together to get the desired shots and content for the episode. In the following weeks, the OCD team were quick to get the final edits of the video finished, and also put together a collection of socials assets which we decided on collectively. From there we were able to upload the video and put together a marketing plan with all the content OCD had helped us to create.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We’ve been lucky enough to work with the majority of the team in the process of the series, with everyone helping out on shoot days as well as the post production stages. The OCD team regularly send We transfer and Vimeo links throughout the process, where we are able to look through the stages the video is at and provide feedback as well as request small tweaks depending on the demands from the brand - all of which the OCD team resolve quickly and efficiently.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re now on the fourth episode of the series! We've been extremely impressed from the beginning, with the results from the videos continuing to improve every time. It’s been a great way for Pioneer to promote their products, but has also created content for music lovers to enjoy whilst also providing a very important platform for emerging DJs, artists and producers to show the various sides of their lives.

The whole team is extremely easy to communicate with, from the Directors all the way through to the Junior Creatives and Designers. We’ve met in person multiple times throughout the process to watch through final cuts etc, but the majority of our communication has been via email or video calls. The process can sometimes be quite complicated with brands and their requirements on videos - but the OCD team make the process as easy as possible, with quick replies to queries, and even quicker fixes to any problems or changes we’ve faced.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team were quick to pick up on our vision for the series, but beyond that they’ve used their skills to improve on the initial ideas and help make the series as successful as it is today. They all have a great eye for creative shots, and we’ve been thoroughly impressed with the way they’ve put together the episodes so far.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There’s nothing that stands out in regards to improving their work. However it’s been a great learning process all round, and as each new episode comes, the team have found a new way to improve and make the job that bit easier. We’re looking forward to seeing the OCD team continue to grow, and we hope to work with them on a lot more in future!

They worked on my brand identity, which includes guidelines about how my brand appears, such as naming, logo, and logo lock-up. The rules help brands stay uniform in their branding in various settings, such as business collateral, sales presentation materials, trade show presence/environment, packaging design, and signage, as well as in online spaces such as websites and social media channels.

I worked with a project manager and a designer.

They delivered a brand system that I and my sponsor loved. It allowed me to launch and begin building my brand.

We primarily used email and Microsoft Teams for meetings. They were always on point and punctual.

I appreciate their ability to work fast and at a high level. They also appeared genuinely interested in me and my brand, which I really appreciated.
