I’m the CEO of Hard Money Bids, which is a platform that matches real estate investors with hard money lenders.

What challenge were you trying to address with oApps Infotech?

We were trying to get help with our messaging. We wanted to make sure that we would be able to target the right audience. Furthermore, we also hired the team to make sure that our platform’s front- and backend works seamlessly to meet our third-party client’s needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team built the site from scratch using Laravel. They developed backend admin panels and frontend apps. They ensured that all functionalities that we needed were on our platform. In addition, they also spearheaded securing our website and worked on improving the look and feel of our platform. 

Our workflow consisted of stages or modules. Initially, we focused on developing the wireframing of the site. Then, we slowly built other various components. After that, we looked at things in their totality and fine-tuned them  whenever necessary. 

oApps also did a lot of customizations to make sure that the flow of the website was good. They worked on ensuring easy navigation on the platform. They also created features including notifications for third-party clients signing up, notifications on the backend whenever someone signs up or someone was matched with a lender. Overall, it was important for the team to check if all things were working properly.

The owner of the company was the main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with oApps Infotech?

I had known the owner for several years and we worked together on various projects. He was originally referred to me by a friend of mine who also worked with them for a very long time. He offered reasonable pricing and we saw that he was capable of delivering a professional product. It was really nice that we had the chance to work with someone friendly and competent. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration ran from January–July 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They did a great job in making sure that we did the right things. They had excellent skills and we were specifically impressed with their programming abilities. They had the ability to multitask and put together all the different aspects of the website in a timely fashion. Moreover, they were also good at developing graphics and functionalities.

How did oApps Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

He was very easy to work and communicate with. We mainly kept in touch through email, Zoom, Google, phone chats, or phone conferences. We stayed in close communication throughout the project.

He was also very helpful in getting things done, while our internal team made sure that they weren’t overwhelmed with many different modules at once. As a result, they completed one module before moving on to the next one. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very honest, sincere, and hard-working. oApps was also friendly, accessible, and very reasonably priced. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they just need to keep doing what they were doing. The team just needs to keep growing and make companies know how good they are. They’re definitely going to have more business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Outline exactly what you need them to complete and they would give you a cost estimate. Remember, they would definitely stick within their estimates. 

As I’ve mentioned above, we did things in modules, so perhaps you could also apply that to make sure that you’re getting all stages of your production done. This way, you don’t get a product that you won’t be satisfied with. 

As long as you’re getting your goals achieved in modules, your final product should be exactly what you want. When you do things in stages, you could also evaluate as you move forward, and that’s the best way to be successful.

Our company moves at a fast pace and implements changes all the time. This project empowered us to keep our website current without waiting for an outside specialist. It's a great benefit to us.

We needed an automated site and application with a user registration functionality to track clicks to pass onto affiliate commissions as real cash back. The entire flow needed to be bug-free, efficient, and with multiple third-party API integrations.

We were searching for a reliable developer that understands the business flow. The development team also needed to work with minimal inputs, create values in scoping, and let us freely expand the scope.

oApps Infotech built a scalable and customizable product. The mobile app was for Android and iOS. Users can find a collection of coupons and offers for online shopping. Their team’s work included wireframing, design, API integration.

We worked with a project manager, Photoshop designer, UX/UI designer, PHP developers, and React Native and IONIC developers.

Our project was developed with an elegant UX, scalable architecture, and customizable. It was delivered in a reasonable timeline.

We had regular project review meetings. The code was on a server where we could review it in real time.

I appreciated their honesty and transparency. We had the freedom to expand and revise the scope of the project.
