We are a creative agency that works with brands on video, marketing, and PR. I’m the company’s CEO.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ntier Infotech?

We needed a web developer to help with our projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They build websites for us. They’ve also done custom development, and they work with us on web and mobile solutions in PHP, Bootstrap, Java, CSS, HTML, and Ruby on Rails. Most of the work they provide for our clients and our company is for basic websites in WordPress, Shopify, and Magento. We take the lead in brand and design strategy, and they execute on our ideas.

They’ve also done some work on a custom database that provides representation for companies who work in multiple languages. It allows member companies reduce language barriers internally and externally.

What is the team composition?

I work with two main points of contact regularly. I’m not sure how big the rest of the team is, but I know they have other developers on staff.

How did you come to work with Ntier Infotech?

We found them through LinkedIn. I work with a few developers, but we hit it off immediately with Nteir and decided to partner with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000–$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2016, and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very agile, and we get products done quickly. They save us a lot of time and headache and are very detailed and timeline-focused. They provide good quality and value for the price they charge, and we have no complaints about their work. Feedback from the clients they serve is always positive.

How did Ntier Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re definitely on point with their project management. They hit our deadlines and communication is good. Email and WhatsApp are our main channels of communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a hardworking company of good employees. They go the extra mile, and I appreciate their patience with us. They help us accomplish each project and are very easy to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I welcome them to add more of their own ideas into the mix from time to time. Some of our clients would benefit from their creative input, but that’s on a case-by-case basis.

Be clear in your communication and everything will work out well.

We hired Ntier to develop the entire website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals are to provide online education, online test, Certification, etc. Ntier have developed the website front end, back end, etc for us.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them through online searches.

Ntier developed the full website in PHP coding. The website is very fast, responsive, and user-friendly.

What was the team composition?

I talk to Suyash all time. That's only my point of contact. At the back end of the website, I can see two more names in Admin section so I believe they have a small but brilliant team who manage all this with Suyash.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The Website is in final stage of production and it will be live very soon. So I will have clear picture very soon.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Management is led by Suyash. He is very intelligent and very friendly person. He works as per our scope of work but he also advised us some very good ideas to improve the website. I am really glad with their work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication, their availability and product development is just excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing I can see so far.
